My suite was spacious, had spotless bathrooms and kitchen, and I love the fact that a friend and myself can each have a private bedroom and individual en-suite baths, while sharing the living room and kitchen. The hotel employees were friendly and helpful, and this location is a brief, pleasant walk to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell venue or phenomenal shopping. The entire Woodlands development is exceptional.

I prefer an outdoor pool to an indoor pool in the summer, but I’m sure that there could be advantages in the winter of an indoor pool.

Great location, Clean, Friendly staff, Large comfortable room

A surprise fee when we were checking in. Our booking.com confirmation clearly said " The total we are responsible for plus taxes and fees were $571) but we were charged $12 per day for parking fee for another total of $40. We did not expect that since it is not mentioned anywhere on Booking.com. No big deal but it would be nice to know the real actual amount.

This hotel is in a really good location if you're going to a concert at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in the Woodlands (like we were) - it is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the concert venue. It is also conveniently located for shopping, with lots of shops and restaurants in close proximity. We did not experience any of the extra amenities at this hotel such as breakfast, the pool, or the gym, but we were very happy with our room. It was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. I must not have paid close attention to the room type I booked but we were very pleasantly surprised to find our own mini apartment with the living room/kitchen in a separate room from the bedroom. We were on the second floor and looked out onto a little fire pit area. We didn't get a chance to hang out down there but it looked really cute. I would stay here again for sure.

I felt the rooms were quite dark and could use more light - particularly in the kitchen/living room. There was only one dim overhead light in the kitchen and otherwise, the entire space was lit by lamps. It would drive me nuts if I were staying for multiple nights and was trying to work. I was also surprised that parking was $10 per night, as I typically associate parking fees with secure parking facilities rather than free-entry parking lots for hotels in the suburbs. Lastly, the elevator was excessively slow. It was easier and quicker to carry our suitcases down the stairs than to wait for the elevator.

Very Comfortable. Clean and ten minuets to the Cynthia Wood pavilion with Benihana literally across the street.

My only complaint and I think it could be my fault because I didn’t tell them when booking was, late checkout. i couldn’t do late checkout because my room was booked for another person that day. which I understand, and will make sure to tell them next time. I like late checkouts so I don’t feel rushed to get out especially the next morning after a concert.

Room was clean and perfectly stocked with towels and kitchen necessities. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and coffee was fresh!

I little pricy in comparison to other Residence Inns plus a parking fee but I get it because of the location. You are within walking distance to just about everything.

I love the separate rooms and bathroom. Absolutely love it! My son slept in the other room and we got the master bathroom. My son is a teen and I know he didnt want to be in the same room as my husbandand I, so the separate rooms is a plus. And the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very welcoming.

I hated that they put the beautiful shower in the other room. I personally feel that it should have been in the master bedroom. Instead my husband and I got the bathtub with the leaky faucet and the rust stain in the tub and the rusted showerhead. But other than that the room was comfortable.

The Residence Inn is a fantastic location for attending concerts at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion from out of town. We will definitely be staying in the future for other concerts. easy walking distance to the pavilion and restraurants.

Breakfast was fresh and had a good assortment. Eggs were great and not the usual gross hotel eggs! Staff was very friendly. Rooms were big.

Paying for parking was frustrating and seemed like an unnecessary expense since there were plenty of spaces and we were not even close to the city.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom queen suite. It was huge! Pretty much a fully furnished 2 bed/2 bath apartment. Exceeded all of our expectations, especially for the price. The location is perfect too. It's within walking distance to the Pavillion, shopping centers & taco bell is right next door lol We will definitely be staying here everytime we go to the Woodlands.

The girl at the front desk barely said 2 words to us while checking in. I reserved the room online so I had an idea as to what my total would be but it would've been nice if she would've told me to expect extra charges for parking our vehicles in their parking lot.

Breakfast was good and sufficient. Depending on where you need to be, location is quiet and yet convenient…close to food and shops. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The air-condition was difficult to navigate. The was a loud humming sound coming out from a generator in the room which interrupted the sleep.
