Crowne Plaza Shenandoah - The Woodlands0

We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza many times and will continue to do so. I have frequent doctor visits and the Plaza is our go-to place to stay while we're in town. The facility, the staff, the rooms, the pool, the restaurant....all about as perfect as one can expect.

The beds are very comfortable once you crawl into it. But for those of us with limited physical abilities, it can be hard. The bed sits very high off the floor and requires a bit of an effort to crawl in. But once you do get in, its a very comfortable night's sleep.

The Crowne Plaza was a wonderful place to stay for one night wish it was more the pool and jacuzzi was wonderful the steak restaurant was very unique the bedroom was very comfortable the bed was warm cold and we could have slept all night long in the bed the room the hotel itself was unique I will be staying again thank you for everything the price was magnificent

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The staff were excellent. The room was spacious and spotless. This is the first time since covid that we received housekeeping service, and it was also exceptional. We travel a lot, and most hotels don't offer housekeeping at all. I would stay here again without any reservations. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel

We have stayed at this location several times due to doctor or hospital visits. The hotel is beautiful and well taken care of. The staff are friendly and helpful. Most of them recognize us from prior stays, and greet us as friends. The location is perfect. Close to the hospital and doctor offices. Close to food choices, grocery stores, anything else you might need.

There is nothing not to like about this location. I only wish the weather would have been better so we could enjoy the amazing pool and hot tub :)

We stayed at this location a few months ago. Staff is amazing. The manager Curtis stated to ask for him when we returned. Well New Year's Eve wS our return date and Curtis really went beyond to ensure that we were well accommodated . I highly recommend this hotel

check in staff was amazing quick and very kind restaurant staff incredible. morning breakfast young girl so fun and sweet -dinner manager ms Avis made us feel so welcome and celebrated granddaughters graduation from 1st grade with huge bowl of ice cream Joshua our waiter made great dinner suggestions and chef made special request spaghetti parm for granddaughter as well. was very a special nite ♥️

pool /hot tub in need of repair cleaning

The Crowne Plaza is a beautiful, comfortable facility. The staff is friendly, and bend over backwards to make your stay as perfect as possible. The lobby is gorgeous. The rooms are huge, clean and comfortable. The pool is crystal clear and perfect size for little ones, and adults. Right across the street from Memorial Hermann, and short drives to anything else you might need. Easy to get into the parking lot. Luggage dollies available. Lovely decor everywhere. Elevators easily accessed. Ice machines on every floor. No noise from adjoining rooms or the hallways. The onsite restaurant has THE BEST food. Ribeye steak aged/marinated 28 days.......mouthwatering. And...you must try the banana cheese cake. It's too die for. Covid precautions were taken seriously. Social distancing, mask requirements, hand sanitizing stations, extra housekeeping steps, were in place & followed by the staff. Next time we're in town for my scheduled doctor appointments, we will stay here.

Nothing. I couldnt possibly find anything to complain about, regarding this facility.

As always, the restaurant was great, the room was super cozy and spacious, and the location is great.

The grounds! Clean up the outdoor patio! Empty beer cans, glasses from the bar, trash all over the seating area, cigarette butts everywhere.....all of that takes away from the great parts of this hotel. Add more handicap parking too!

We stay here all the time. Great hotel, excellent location to the Woodlands, shopping, dining, entertainment. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Johnny's restaurant is 5*!

Outside sitting area in the back. Dirty, trash, too crowded with tables and chairs. Umbrellas in the pool area are broke. Clean up the grounds please!

Location was great and access was easy. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.

Seems there was a mix up with info delivery between Booking.com and hotel. The hotel was not able to provide me with the room type I booked and were not informed I booked with breakfast included. The hotel staff was able to comp the breakfast for each day but I had to ask.
