Good location, good (not excellent) breakfast, free bottle of water in the reception was nice.

One of the receptionists (MELISSA) let me wait 10 minutes while speaking on the phone, didn’t give me attention when I tried to interrupt her, my question was easy and quick. I blame her only partially, the hotel is understaffed, there should be another person to respond while she was on the phone, or she should be better trained to give attention to the 10-min waiting guest in front of her, and ask the person to wait or send the request to multiple reservations by email.

I had never stayed at a Home2Suites before. I will seek them out in the future, hoping they’re all as nice as this one was. Just a perfectly good place to stay. Thanks!

My upstairs neighbors were quite loud at bedtime. It was a bit of a problem for a while, but it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, so not gonna complain about that. But, that was the only flaw. Otherwise, it was really perfect.

Room was clean, spacious and my bed was very comfortable, I really appreciated the wifi as I was working a lot from my room during my stay. Grocery store and restaurants were conveniently located nearby. I love that the staff provides water bottles for their guests.

The breakfast was the only thing I didn’t like, the coffee, oatmeal and the sausage and egg sandwiches were not tasty.

The hotel was as advertised and we would stay here again. The breakfast was good, the lobby and rooms very clean, the staff was very professional, accommodating and friendly, I like they offered complimentary water. The pool and outside area were very nice and the whole reason we stayed there was for our dog and the grounds were ample and well lit and well kept. The location is excellent. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen.

This is more of a building / corporate issue, but there really really needs to be a lit sign at the entrance to turn in.

I like that the hotel was clean, it offered all the amenities on the inside that I needed, and the bed was so comfortable. I hate that I did not wake up in time to enjoy the free breakfast. I will be back.

the location was easy to get to from the main road. close to the woodlands mall and restaurants. the outside grounds of the hotel were perfect for traveling with pets. the room was big and open, comfy bed. kitchen area is nice for longer stays.

Love the room space, beds were very comfortable and clean.

The only issue was the bath tub when showering the water took a long time to drain. It was kind of gross other than that everything was perfect.

The location was perfect. Minutes from everywhere we needed to be and completely safe location.

The breakfast was not great. The eggs were always dry and the waffle line was always long.

the room was amazing! very comfortable! I’ve never had such a good sleep. it’s clean and complete. fridge was big and has a freezer. they have free ice also. the breakfast was soooo good!
