It was close to where my daughter-in-law was doing her training so we could walk to many storage and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly because we were there for two weeks. Another plus is that it was right by the walking trails so we got lovely walks for long distances every day

The only negative is that one night the staff would not take care of people who were in the room above us allowing their children to run wild at 1 AM. They offered to move us instead of asking them to respect the other patrons. I thought that was unprofessional but it only happened one night.

Stayed in a handicap room and it was soo big and I loved the bathroom/shower. I didn't have to worry about accidently running into things or walls cause the room was big and spacious. Breakfast was awesome and very good.

Only complaint was I had some trouble getting out of the shower and transfer back into my powerchair. Suggestion of putting one grab bar (vertical) right at the edge of the shower up by the counter so it'd be easier to grab and pull oneself up and out of the shower enough to transfer over to powerchair.

The office staff were very accommodating to our needs to work to check us in early to ready for UT Tyler graduation as well as to immediately attend to a TV issue. The gentleman responsible for breakfast was very attentive in ensuring breakfast items were restocked as needed and cleaning the area.

The room had 2 queen beds that we needed; however, they (beds) are too high for short or elderly to climb into bed. We had our 92 year old Mom with us who had to climb into bed using an ottoman and worried she may fall when maneuvering in/out of bed. The room lighting could be improved in both the main suite as well as the bathroom as it is not conducive for women applying makeup and not good at all.

The space of the room. And the neds were very comfortable. Great movie channel's on the TV.

The elevator was a death trap waiting to happen. The breakfast was horrible, eggs were very bad, the orange juice was watered down.

we always stay here when in town. Beds are so comfortable.

the room we stayed in last was on the 1st floor. the a/c made a terrible noise and kept me awake all night. will request a different room next time if this occurs.

the room was nice and comfy. very spacious! it was very quiet and relaxing

the hallway on 3rd floor had a smell, not unbearable but not a lovely smell and the elevator was a little rocky

The breakfast was good, need to put paper towels under meat to catch grease

we confirmed with a set price and were charged a different price each night. not Happy

Beds are comfy, very quiet place and friendly staff and guests. Very clean and Breakfast was good as well. We enjoyed our stay.

The hot tub was out of order. :(

Great location on the south side of town and near all the shopping centers.

The breakfast could have been much better.

The beds were comfortable . The room was clean . The staff was friendly & efficient . Breakfast was more than expected during COVID -very good breakfast . Pool & Hot tub were wonderful . Location was good & it was surprisingly quiet .

Computer system was having issues - made it hard to check in - took us almost an hour . Only 1 luggage cart on property . I am disabled and we had to use my walker to transport luggage /items to our room .
