We are Aussies travelling the US. We have been all over with our three kids. this hotel was by far the best one we have stayed in and we have been to many. Staff were so friendly and caring. From the front desk staff to the cleaners. So nice! The facilities were beautiful, breaky was delicious and the kids had a ball eating dinner by the fire and swimming. Our entire stay was 10/10 our only regret is not booking longer!!

This was the most pet friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. Not only are large dogs welcome, they make it super easy to have them there, they are even welcome in the pool area (6 feet away from the water). The pool area is incredible, our son never wanted to leave, and since our dog could chill out there with us, we didn't have to leave! They have multiple pools, hot tubs and splash pads, each one is a different temperature so no matter the weather or time of day, there is something for everyone. The room was nice, clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again!

The price was a little higher than we would have liked to spend, but being able to have our dog by the pool with us made it worth the extra cost.

Overall good stay. Although the breakfast area offered good choices, it felt crowded and consistently had a line of people waiting. This made the experience less enjoyable and rushed. Loved the view from the breakfast area )) Our room was spacious and provided a comfortable space during our stay. We appreciated the amenities and the chance to relax after a long day exploring Arches National Park. Despite the minor issues with staff friendliness, the crowded breakfast area, and the cold pool, the hotel did have redeemable qualities, such as a comfortable room and plenty of hot tubs, great game area (ping pong, connect 4)...

We didn't care for the layout of the breakfast area; the staff at the front desk and breakfast area didn't appear too friendly or welcoming. The spot by the river was overrun with mosquitoes. One downside was that one of the pools was freezing cold, which was disappointing. Fortunately, the hotel had an arrangement with a nearby hotel, allowing us to use their warm pool.

Our kids enjoyed the pool and the free smores by the firepit. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

We waited a long time to get check in - the facility was short staffed and it took a few hours for our room to be ready. Breakfast offerings were ok/standard on the day we stayed, could of had more options for protein and fruit . Getting the firepit turned on took 20 minutes after asking, if I'm going to nitpick anything it would be that setting an ambience should be standard OP once the valley shadow casts upon the property.

It could have been cleaner. We couldn't use the pull-out couch in the living room area; it was dirty, stained, and had hair on it. Cover/sheets were definitely not changed between guests. I also don't believe that the room was vacuumed. Pricey for average kids meals.

I loved everything. The room was perfect the bed very comfortable shower was nice. The pool area was fantastic. Loved that you could order drinks and food then delivered poolside. Breakfast was good with a variety of foods. It was a fantastic stay

The main pool was a bit chilly but refreshing after a hot day of touring the Arches.

This hotel is beautiful and location is perfect; staff very friendly and professional.

We were there for 4 nights and we were disappointed that none of the water features were working; best part of pool area:-(..lastly our room didn’t get cleaned until the day before checking out; but cleaned immediately when we asked.

Excellent hotel. Very close to Arches National Park and CanyonLands is not too far. Very good breakfast to start your day. Staff was very friendly and ready to help. Our room had excellent view of the mountains. In all we loved this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Easy to get to, nice staff, pet friendly. The beds were really comfortable and the room was very spacious and clean.

We were supposed to be in a King Suite, but none were available when we got there. We eventually got into a room on the same floor as the rest of the family, but it was a Queen Suite instead of a King.

close proximity to parks. very clean. staff was awesome, especially Stella in the breakfast area. Friendly, but not intrusive. helped us with a restaurant recommendation

our room was a very weird, awkward configuration. our sink didn’t drain & the air conditioner was incredibly loud
