The hotel was welcoming and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was nice, just much smaller than pictured…Lot’s of families with small kids and lot’s of dog places. Since my son has asthma I need to read the small print better before I book at the Best Western….

This is NOT a Hyatt Resort (priced like one) but with no room service, no spa services, no movies to rent just boring local channels, small pool area that closed at 10pm, cheap shower head with no pressure, no sound proofing from the cars outside to room to room noise, at breakfast my eggs had a hair on them and the restaurant is a small bar 21 and over closes at 10pm. It’s a place to sleep, bed’s we’re comfortable and next Jeep run to Moab my son (17) and I will stay closer in town in a resort that doesn’t shut down at 10pm and offers more of the amenities we were expecting.

The property is beautiful, clean, and just felt very high end for a Hyatt Place. I’ve stayed in several of these same hotels in other areas that look/feel nothing like this. This place is fantastic! The rooms, pool, hot tub, splash pad and grounds are extremely well kept! We stayed in a casita (family of 5) and I don’t know if I’d ever want to stay anywhere else in Moab, but here, again! 🙂 I highly, highly, recommend the casitas, if it’s in your budget.

There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like! No complaints whatsoever! Just a great place to stay! Everything was PERFECT! Couldn’t have been better. The staff and facilities are great! Even had free laundry machines for guests to use anytime. There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like.

Very nice and well appointed hotel in a convenient location just outside of town. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful. The pool enjoys a great view of the sunset and was popular amongst almost everyone staying there. We found the hotel to be an excellent base for our excursions around Moab

The bed/pillows weren't particularly comfortable for me, though my partner didn't have quite the same concerns. In either case I think they could use an upgrade. Some of the fitness machines (treadmill) were not operational

Great hotel with great staff. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the location was on the right side of town for Arches NP and Canyonlands NP (Island in the sky) as well as scenic drives to Corona Arch and Fisher Towers. Good breakfast with a varied menu each day; and drinking water in the lobby flavoured differently every day ( with strawberries, lemons, or cucumber) was a lovely touch. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A microwave in the room would have been a great addition. However, a microwave was available near reception and was available 24/7.

I check in around 10 pm. I was greeted by a nice receptionist who is sweet and friendly. properties very nice clean and updated. I love the bed sheet and their bed is very comfortable. breakfast in the morning was great with many options. I would for sure stay here again.

Excellent hotel in Moab and it is brand new. Very nice and large room. The breakfast was excellent as well. The location was just outside of town away from the center. Only a mile or so to the center of the town. Looked like a very nice swimming pool, which we did not use.

Really no complaints at all. The property completely met our expectations. Maybe a tad pricey but very comfortable.

Best breakfast bar I've had at any hotel- well stocked with lots of fresh fruit options, hot prepared foods, milk alternatives available, juices, plenty of hot coffee. The beds/pillow were very comfortable. The AC maintained a steady temp, without spikes of warmth followed by cold blasts of frigid air. Great location and friendly staff. Nice outdoor pool, hot tub, and water spout/fountains for the kids to run around on a lower deck. Very clean. I also loved that they have recycling receptacles for plastics and aluminum, along with the trash cans, in the lobby and the dining areas.

Everything was great. No complaints.

We stayed in one of the Casitas and it was perfect! It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and the view from the patio is amazing! AND it was quiet! The grounds were beautifully maintained, the pool area was relaxing and clean, the breakfast was delicious and the coffee was good! There is a Starbucks there, which I appreciated, and every person working there was helpful and kind.

The hotel is new, convenient, and offers great amenities. Beds were comfortable, showers are relaxing, couch is a good size, & very clean overall. One special detail I notice is when you stay more that one night, if you leave the DND sign on your door, housekeeping placed a small bag of toiletries soaps on the door. Very sweet of them.

Just the random dogs barking. But not constantly. They only bark a few times. Nothing for me to complain about.

Beautiful, modern building. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub area. Breakfast had lots of choices and a nice sitting outside patio to enjoy the views while having your coffee.

Not that this is important, the TV in our room didn’t work properly 🤷‍♀️
