We love staying here when we come to Moab! The rooms are very nice, including the bed and the pillows, theres a cute little hot tub with a garage style door that opens up to the heated pool outside. Theres a mini convenience store area in case you should need anything. In all my 30 years of life I have never gotten fresh baked cookies at a hotel and it was the best! Every day you could get a delicious cookie. Don't even get me started on the quality of the continental breakfast. To say the least, we're huge fans (this is the 2nd time we've stayed here)m and we'll always stay here!

Nothing!

The location proovided excellent access to the Arches NP, the Corona Arch Trail and to the historic bridge across the Colorado River. The staff at reception were very helpful. Sandy and Brittany did an amazing job of organising breakfast, making sure that the buffet was continually replenished and tables/chairs were cleaned after each use from 6-10AM.

Although the room and bathroom were very spacious, the barfridge, microwave and coffee machine were arranged in a cramped corner with no benchspace. Better use of space needed!

Helpful and polite staff, who all seem very happy at work. Great housekeeping , breakfast, and front of house staff. Pool with good opening hours, plenty of towels, chairs, and umbrellas . Good size room. Lots of little extras , cookies in the afternoon, floats for the children in the pool. This independent hotel really is a little gem.

Didn't like the plastic cutlery, I understand that they can't provide proper cutlery, but if they could provide wooden compostable cutlery, it would be great and so much better for the planet. No attempt at recycling in the breakfast area with all the paper plates, etc. Which seemed a shame .

Loved how clean the place was. Everywhere you looked staff were cleaning and the place smelled great! Breakfast was good and bed was comfortable. It was SO hot, so the pool was lovely to use in the evening to cool off. We booked 2 nights to explore Arches and Canyon lands but ended up staying a third night because we loved it so much.

Three times the cleaning staff opened the door to our room while we were in it without knocking. We had the do not disturb sign out twice and the third time the room had already been cleaned and we returned to shower. They walked in on my hubby dressing. They need to knock and announce they are coming in.

Very nice hotel on the outskirts of Moab. It is just down the street from Arches National Park. Which I suggest going to for star gazing. You can see the galaxy with no extra equipment. There is an endless amount of scenery during the day and night. We had reserved a double  queen room and ended up with a triple. Which worked out greatly with two grown kids. The room  was large enough to have a round  4-person dining table. The beds were clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed the poofy pillows but my wife prefers a firmer style. The outside accommodations include a pool, splash pad, fire put, pirate ship playground and a hiking trail. For a short or extended stay this is an impressive setup. The breakfast in the morning was also impressive. I was expecting the standar continental style of boring food. Instead there was an omlete bar, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties and cereal. There was also a touch free automatic pancake maker. Which I had seen before and like using it. Pancake toppings were fresh strawberries, a dried fruit (apricot or peach) I did not try, chocolate chips and syrup. There was also yourt, milk and juices. They also provided the option to order food from their café. Speaking of the café. The guy there is 100% the best barista I have seen in a long time. The Frappuccinos are amazing and the coffee is better than the local Starbucks. They do have a concessions are for snacks and drinks in the lobby that can be purchased anytime. This place is definitely a full accommodations place. As for the staff, well, they were very friendly and professional. If we are every in the area again this is the place we will be staying at.

I did not like the fact that this was the first and best hotel on our road trip. Of the 5 other hotels we stayed at, this was above and beyond the rest. We would've stayed longer but it was a road trip.

Location-wise this hotel is amazing to go to Arches / Canyonlands as it's around 10 minutes drive to the entrance. The hotel offers loads of amenities such as pool, jacuzzi, gym, free cookies, lounge areas, plenty of parking and laundry and much much more. It was also nice that you could fix your water bottle by the reception before going to the hikes. The breakfast area is clean and the ladies there made sure they opened on time at 6am which was so amazing as we could eat before going into the the national park. They offered both warm breakfast even vegetables and continental type of breakfast such as toast and yogurt etc. The bed is very comfortable if you like the mid-hard type. I would stay here if I was to go back around that area.

I think the bathroom light could be brighter so it's not so dim. There was only two chairs in the room when we were more, but we managed.

Good size room, 2 tvs well thought specially when traveling with children. Table nice touch. Breakfast clean and good choices.

Evening staff at the front desk really inexperienced. Not making an effort to give a good impression, seemed they were just there but not going the extra mile as far as customer service. Had no answers to our questions. We arrived on 5/27. Morning staff were friendly and helpful. That and the smell outside the hotel, unsure what it was it smelled like dirty water. I would stay but unsure if recommend because of the smell, maybe a warning. Other than that hotel was really good.

Easy check in and check out. Convenient parking. There's an elevator! My room was on the third floor at the far end of the building so very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Room temp was pleasant. There is a microwave, small fridge and coffeemaker. Shower water temp and pressure was good. Toiletries were very nice. Great breakfast included! There is a heated pool and hot tub...I never got to use. There was a room with pay washers and dryers to do laundry. There is a coffee bar in the lobby where you buy coffee/pastries, a water cooler to fill water bottles and a gift shop. Really friendly and helpful staff. Location is great... it's close to Arches NP entrance and not far from downtown Moab, restaurants and gas stations.

Didn't get the room originally reserved...was told it was an upgrade at check in...but why would a solo traveler need three beds in one room? Rooms are a bit tired looking but kept clean daily. Walls are thin...but luckily I had pretty quiet neighbors. There is no hotel safe in the room for your valuables.

(This is my Yelp review) Considering the jaw-dropping hotel prices in Moab, this was a steal of a deal through booking.com. It's about five minutes from Arches, has a water play area, a big (warm!) pool and hot tub, some of the BEST macadamia nut white chocolate COOKIES I'VE EVER HAD (free cookies at 3:00 each day--big ones!), a free breakfast, and you can even order $10 lunches for hiking. The rooms are nice, the cleaning staff does a good job, and this hotel deserves accolades for its thoughtful service.

Staff was okay, but not very enthusiastic at the front desk. The people working in the breakfast room, however, were great. We also didn't get information about the pool, hot tub, back area amenities until we discovered them on our own.

Close to town but not in all the traffic. The room was spacious and I really liked that the room did not have carpet. Great housekeeping service. I was surprised they came in and made my bed and restocked the in-room coffee, and emptied the trash; usually, on a 2-night stay, that never happens unless you ask for it. Great job, Archway Inn.

I think they need to do a deep clean around the baseboards. The place was clean but it may be time for a deep clean. I'm a clean freak so most people would probably not even notice.
