Comfortable, clean, modern room. We booked a king room and got access to a shared studio space with kitchen and living room that we had all to ourselves during the stay. Staff were wonderful. Pool was refreshing and the longe chairs and cabanas were great in the heat. Views were great. Very close to Arches. We stayed after a week of river/desert camping so the air conditioning and shower felt like heaven.
We hoped to walk to the brewery next door during our stay but they were closed. Not an issue with the hotel of course. We just needed to drive into town since the 110 degree heat made that walk a little too far.

We loved the way the hotel looks, the newness and cleanness of it, The beds were so comfortable. The pool and hot tub awesome. The location is great, too. There wasn't much we didn't like about our stay.
The only thing that could have been a little better was the breakfast. There was always a hot option, which changed every day, but tit would be nice if there were some better pastry options. The ones on offer were packaged and not very good. It was nice to have yogurt and toppings like blueberries and granola.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The bed was super comfortable— even the pillows! The amenities were top notch. The included breakfasts were awesome, it was something different each day made fresh, and then you also had your typical continental breakfast set-up. I needed to do laundry, and the laundry room was super clean. The washer dryers were operated by an app, which was super convenient as it would notify you when your loads were ready to be switched.

We ended up getting charged for an extra accidental that was not authorized. Went to go ask about it and a staff member and she stated that it was for the night and I would charged daily for accidentals. That didn’t seem right( as we stayed there multiple times before hand) and waited till shift change to ask someone. Both Erin and the other person( I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name) told me that was wrong information and that extra charge was not supposed to happen. Not only did they figure out what happened, but they fixed it and changed our room rate for the next 3 nights we were. We did not ask for that but beyond appreciative they went above and beyond. My husband and I will always be staying here when we come down to Moab and always recommend people to y’all. Friendly staff, always clean and quiet. ❤️❤️

The front desk receptionist was so friendly and we arrived super late after driving all day it was so nice to be greeted by a friendly man. The next morning we used the gym and we liked all of the available equipment, it was super nice and well kept. The breakfast was phenomenal! I haven’t stayed at a hotel with such excellent service and options for food! My entire family was satisfied and we felt the entire stay was so lovely.
I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast service and offerings were unexpectedly good. We will certainly stay here again. It was nice having black-out shades in the room as the room overlooks the highway.
The ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn’t working. The registration staff helped out though by getting ice from the kitchen. It would have been nice to have glassware in the rooms’ kitchenette, there were only mugs.

Exceptional breakfast, courteous and friendly staff, afternoon tea and cookies and beverages in lobby and nice pool and hot tub to use after hiking. It is extremely close to entrance of Arches National Park which is very convenient and breakfast starts early. I was impressed by their environmentally friendly operation! We would come back here and will look for this brand elsewhere.

Even though the reception desk persons got our reservation mixed up with our sons, we were taken care of in a timely manner and no one was inconvenienced. We will be more careful when we register next time that we get the room we reserved. Thank you for a nice stay and beautiful accommodations.
Cannot think of anything negative about our stay.

Lots of things! I’m a bit physically compromised so I asked for a ground floor room so taking my dog out was easier than riding the elevator, etc—they gave us the ground floor room closest to the outside door next to the pet area. Cool. it’s a beautiful place! The pool area was spectacular with a fire pit, lounges, cabanas, sunning shelf… Room was large, well equipped with mini kitchen, blackout curtains, unbelievable pillows, big screen TV. Very reasonably priced—competitive with other local hotels but MUCH better in every way.
The breakfast was interesting—good variety, well laid out for handling big breakfast crowd…even had cooked-on-the-spot strawberry and ricotta crepes. No waffles—no sausage or bacon or eggs…probably appealing to the healthier, mountain biker crowd. It was good but I missed the “staples”. I felt the pet fee a bit steep since I stayed only one night—$50 one time fee. Ouch.
