The property was beautiful and was very close to town. Apartment was roomy, clean, had a patio and washer and dryer. Huge plus.
The only downside to the apartment was the front bedroom. The lighting outside the apartment was so bright that it was like daylight all night in that bedroom. We had to put a blanket up over the blinds to help with that. Come to find out, they have a blackout thing to take care of that but didn’t inform us of that when checking in. Why they don’t just have blackout drapes over those windows is a mystery to me.

Everything! We stayed 5 nights in June 2023. We had a 1 bedroom king suite. It is a beautiful place to stay. It is a new resort, and everything is immaculate. Lots of room, great bed and shower, fireplace, and a balcony. Breakfast was included in our stay, and it was delicious. We met a young man named Sadik who waited on us 4 of the 5 days we were here. He was so personable, and we loved getting to talk to him. He is a huge asset to the resort. In fact, all of the staff was super nice. We had a gas/sewer smell one morning, and I texted the front office. They had someone at our door within minutes to check it out and take care of the issue. The scenery here is beautiful, and Moab is a pretty easy town to get around. We would highly recommend the Moab Resort and would definitely stay here again.
Nothing.

loved the space of the one bedroom suite, it was nice to have a cool indoor space to unwind after a day exploring the desert. the pool area is gorgeous, and has three spas at three different temps. View form the pool area is spectacular. The fire pit areas were great. The entire facility is really beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is awesome.
The restaurant is only open for breakfast, and with a very limited menu. The breakfast was not super awesome, but it worked. It would be nice to have all-day food and bar onsite- they have the area set up but said they didn’t have staff.

great layout, beautiful view from the pool, we found a few dirty dishes in the cupboard, otherwise it was clean. the room had everything we needed. the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms nice and good water pressure. overall it is a place I would recommend and return to.
mosquitos! I’m sure it’s seasonal but they came out with a vengeance at sunset. maybe spray the property? Breakfast was ok - it’s included to an extent. It’s served restaurant style at prices quite high, while you don’t pay for the food it is expected that you tip in those higher menu prices. obviously optional, but the breakfast crew works hard and we certainly wanted to reward that. A continental option would be nice. laundry machines were very loud, don’t run them at night.

We really liked the offering of suites with a full kitchen, dining table and living area to sit at night. The price was very reasonable for the suite. The bed was comfortable and plenty of towels were in the room. The kitchen was well equipped with little packets of seasoning if you chose to cook. They had multiple hot tubs in the pool area so it never got crowded.
You have to pay for WiFi while it is a free amenity at other properties in Moab. Our stay included a choice of 3 different breakfast which was satisfactory but I imagine it would get a little boring after a few days. I think it could be offered as a buffet vs being served by staff.

The Resort is super close to the entrance to Arches NP - fantastic for pre-dawn entry to the NP! The Staff were friendly & helpful. The Apartment was spacious, clean & comfortable. The pool area & view from the pool deck were especially fabulous after hiking! We loved the filtered water refilling station in Reception. The included breakfast was good & served a la carte rather than buffet, which was nice change to other hotels on our trip.
Apple Maps tip : It is best to enter 'The Moab Resort' (not the actual address), as Apple Maps automatically changed the address from 1435 N (north) to 1435 S (south) & thus sent us to a vacant lot, literally at the other end of town, A little bit disconcerting to say the least ;) We later tested the address 3 times & Apple Maps changed it 3 times! The onsite restaurant was closed for lunch & dinner during our stay (late May 2023), after an exhausting day of hiking we would have loved to have been able to eat onsite (especially by the lovely pool area that we did not want to leave)!

Very large, comfortable and well appointed apartment. Great for families offering space and privacy and all the cooking functionality you could want. Great location for touring National Parks and a fantastic pool with three spas to cool off and relax in at the end of the day.
Cafe and resort shop prices were a little high - but probably to be expected. Local brewery and burger place next door was fantastic, though the property is not set up for pedestrians. While super close, you need to exit the property and walk along the highway to get there.

What a beautiful resort! The views were amazing ! Staff was very helpful! BBQ areas are cleaned daily, firepits and seating is comfortable! Our 2 bdrm 2 bath suite was very spacious! Kitchen was well equipped! We enjoyed days at the pool and hot tubs! We were sad to leave after 6 nights. The parks were nearby! Location is great!
Restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner.

Close to Arches and Canyon lands National Parks. The breakfast was decent but should start at 6:00 am instead of 7:00 am, since Arches National Park will only allow entrance before 7:00 am without reservations. The condo was very clean and complete, with a well thought out floor plan. The pool and spas were a great addition. The condo AC’s were very cool in a very hot environment. Free Wi-Fi was good!
There were many mosquitoes at dusk around the complex especially the pool area. Late breakfast time.

Nice comfortable beds, super clean, well stocked kitchen
We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel DOES NOT provide housekeeping service during your stay no matter how many nights you stay. if you stay for one night, then the room gets cleaned for the next guest. If you stay for 2 or more days, no cleaning during your stay but you pay the same nightly rate as someone staying for just one night. Nice and clean place to stay but the hotel needs to provide hotel-like services (it's not airbnb).
