Good location, front desk dude is cool. Rooms are HUGE. Nice comfy beds.

It's pretty bad, really run down. You have to walk through this back door and it's pretty gross back there. There are also 2 "maintenance " men who "work" there that were so high on meth that I watched one of them from my window for 20 minutes trying to "open" the shed out back. They walk around smoking and high on meth all day (I've been known to party in my day, I can spot a tweaker a mile away) and there's a trailer parked DIRECTLY in front of the pool which I can only assume they live in. I'm a good-looking younger female, no way in hell was I using that pool with legit crackheads peepin' through their trailer. Man, it was a bizarre place.

We stayed for one night at Days Inn by Wyndham Moab. It was a short stay but we enjoyed it. The facility is on the older side as you can tell by it’s building and the hallway. It also did not have an elevator which will be a problem if you are traveling with kids and multiple luggage. But our room was big and complete with all the things we needed for our trip like the freezer, microwave and the flat iron. Also the thing that I appreciated and admired the most about this hotel was their staff. The staff are extremely friendly, accommodating and flexible. We arrived super late at around midnight and they were so nice to still accommodate and wait for us. In the morning, after coming back from a hike at Dead Horse Point State Park at 09:45AM, the staff were really nice to give us breakfast even if free breakfast was only until 09:30AM. All in all, this place was worth the price. 😊

I was a little concerned booking this spot because of other reviews but I needed a one-night stay in Moab for my family so I decided to take a chance. Happy I did. For the price, this hotel was fantastic. The man at the front desk was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. Yes, the building is dated; this is not a five-star hotel. But the room was clean, no bugs, no mold like some complained about and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was actually quite good. We're a family of five and they had something for everyone.

Room was clean and comfortable. Left a power cord that was located by staff who then coordinated with a delivery service to forward it to our next stop. We are extremely grateful for that attention to our needs.

Breakfast room was absolutely packed with people and difficult to maneuver around---just too small and congested. We needed to leave a day early but we couldn't get a refund for the night we didn't use. Apparently we missed the deadline for cancellation.

The breakfast was great! The staff were friendly and helpful Enjoyed using the pool!! The bed was actually medium which was great for me, I can't sleep on soft mattresses. It was in a great location!! Close to restaurants and shops, also close to movie theatre. Canyonlands National Park is close but there are 3 different sections to it that are all separate, so do your research if you want to see a different one than Island is the Sky. Arches National Park is 5 miles from this motel. Moab is a beautiful place!! Can't wait to go back!! Dead Horse Point State Park is a great place to go watch the sunrise.

They didn't use bleach on the pool towels, so they had stained dirt on them. LOL!!

The location was amazing. The hotel service was pretty good, decent rooms and breakfast .

The motel rooms we got was on ground floor so there was nothing to see from the motel itself. The value charged was relatively high for a single night motel room and I wish the value would have been lesser. I was charged around $165, but for this motel I would say maximum $100 should be the rate considering seeing the other motels nearby.

Even as busy as it was (for the middle of the week), we never had any trouble with noise, or people running up and down the hallway at late hours, as we have at other places. It was nice to be able to go to sleep at night without being kept up by noisy televisions, etc.

The bathtub/shower should have had more supporting foam or blocking when it was installed. It really creaks and groans when you step in it and makes it feel like you are going to break it. Would have liked to use the ceiling fan, but it would not come on.

Access good and room on lower level . Room clean and comfy . Breakfast ok , waffles good . . Better than some recent places we recently stayed .

Pool was kinda dirty . Breakfast eggs and sausage cold , no one checking to upkeep food area . Kids there made a mess.

Staff was exceptional, friendly, professional & attentive. Room was clean. Was nice surprise to see actual breakfast, rather than a grab and go.

Although, Breakfast was also a weak point, under cooked, no taste or variety, space the food was laid out in was too tight to maneuver with other guest. Actual breakfast was listed in my likes, but needs work. Heated outdoor pool was listed as amenity, but was dirty & ice cold, unusable. location of pool is horrible, upfront by sidewalk & busy traffic street, real disappointment. Hotel location was just ok, compared to some the other hotels, but priced accordingly for location.

The hotel is centrally located, so you could walk in town. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a nice selection of hot and cold items, plus fresh friut and pastries. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and informative. He gave us tips on the best time to get to Arches Natl. Park to avoid high traffic and good restaurants in town.

It was a very congested area because of construction and the pool is at the front of the hotel, facing the construction.
