The hotel was spacious and comfortable. There are multiple places for sitting and some televisions showing sports or news for entertainment. Plenty of parking and easy to navigate. Bed was super comfortable. TV was large and had a clear picture. Domino's Pizza delivers right to your room.

Parking was $14/day; I feel that it should be included in the price of the room or free altogether. Room could have been a bit cleaner as there was a couple pieces of trash (water bottle lid) leftover from another guest. Could use some little updates such as more outlets near the bed. Would have been nice to have the option to crack the window open.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable. My only complaints are 1. The bathroom door isn't a door. It slides like a barn door and makes a racket if it hits the opposite end and doesn't provide the privacy it should. 2. The hotel lobby and conference rooms were too cold and when a few attendees complained to the staff no one would change the temperature saying it would be uncomfortable for men in suits. Others also complained to the staff with no results.

Location is very close to U of Utah Hospital, so a great place to stay, if a family member is being treated, or hospitalized there. Very quiet, spacious rooms

Every time we have been there, over the past 3-4 years, only one elevator is working. This can cause aggravating wait times. Paying for parking now is a bit of a turn off. Also the exorbitant pet fee is not "pet friendly" The Starbucks located on the premise makes lousy coffee. The foamed milk in our coffee tasted off 😝

The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly. The convenience of a great restaurant and Starbucks within the hotel was a plus. Food was good. Great wings and apple pie with ice cream was a treat!!!

Close to children’s hospital (less than 2 miles) But not a pedestrian friendly area. But not a big deal especially since we were there for family emergency- this hotel was convenient is all amenities- not sure if they have a pool.

The location is great - you're minutes away from anything in the city, but you're far away from all the noise and hubbub. We loved walking up the hill and wandering around Fort Douglas.

Graduate was happening, so Friday and Saturday evenings were a bit noisy.

Me and My Friend Needed to be as Close as Possible to the UofU Hospital. You're Concierge we're very very nice and very helpful. If we need to be close to the U of U hospital again in the future or near future you can Be Assured we will stay at this facility again guaranteed.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was amazing at check in. There was lots of options for eating in the morning and evening.

Everything was good. The hotel was under construction but everything still was clean and presentable.

. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had two large dogs and they were able to get us a room right by the door. Great location, lots of grass to walk the dogs. Very pet friendly and quiet. Great location!

It needed updating, but they are in the process of renovating. Solid flooring instead of carpet would be nice.

Door to the bathroom in our room. It let's the light through and has little sound barrier so when someone is in there, it's like they have the door open, at night it was annoying because the light from the bathroom was bright.

I have been charged two times! Online and at the hotel?! I asked for the gym room and I spent 20 minutes looking for it !still couldn’t find it! They didn’t let me know if I even can have breakfast!
