Room was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space. Area was quiet. Staff was helpful. Wifi was great and wifi security was better than most places.

Biggest issue is the Chik fil a in the corner of the parking lot. IT creates a traffic issue when trying to get to the hotel. They have tried to reroute the traffic to make it easier for guests but the people in line tend to block the intersection making it difficult for people trying to get to the motel a bit annoying. The road is marked to not block the intersection. IT might help to have a sign also but some people just seem to block the way regardless. I don't really think it is the motels fault. For the most part we were able to get through the line pretty quickly by having those in the way back up.

Parking was limited… you need to have spaces designated for the hotel guests only. The Chick fi la drive up line was totally annoying.. the line was blocking access to the hotel constantly and the customers weren’t even smart enough to not block us out by pulling into the parking lot intersections.. you need to Mark off where the drivers can pull up and where the hotel guests have their access. Your staff was not friendly at all and had an attitude like we were inconveniencing them. The morning breakfast food was old, hard , and seemed to be out of date. And why is the screen now jumping up and down??

I was impressed by Anita, who had just come to work, and although she was not assigned to housekeeping, did a great job cleaning up what the regular housekeeper had not done. She was quick and pleasant.

When we checked in, we discovered the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. A different staff person had to come and clean it after we showed a photo of the bathroom to the reception.

The location is very convenient depending on what you like. It's near restaurants and many chain store's shopping (Nordstrom Rack, Whole Foods, Bed Bath and Beyond, Petco, etc). There is also a park right next door where you can walk to dog and a dog area.

We arrived during an excessive heat warning and our room's AC was turned off.

The location Sugar House was outstanding; it was really cold and snowy and we could walk everywhere-- many restaurants and a bookstore. Very central location, clean room, smelled fine, the heater was good. Really close to a great park where you could go on long walks. Would stay there again, very reasonably priced.

While sleeping you had to turn the heater off, otherwise it would cycle on and off and make the room really dry plus it made noise.

Nice size room. Loved the kitchen. Although remember to bring your own pots and pans etc. Which we did. It was very quiet on the side that we we're on, which was surprising since we were facing the 🅿️ lot. We came in really late that night, and the front desk was closed. We soon found someone to help us and she was definitely very helpful.

It is within walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants. We stayed twice on the back side facing the little walk in the woods and it was very quiet. The AC units are quiet too! By our second visit they had added a grab and go breakfast with muffins and granola bars. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

The one bad thing is the crazy popularity of ChickFilet on the corner, the line backs into the street and often you can’t get around them, closed on Sundays though.

The first day there I mentioned to the manager that there was an aggressive leak with our shower, nothing was ever done and it remained leaking continuously for the four days we stayed.

It was easy to locate and there were restaurants in the area to find dining accommodations

Parking was provided but was very tight and it was also the driveway for a drive thru restaurant made parking tricky

They gave me a room at the corner which is very huge. There is Chick Fil A next to the parking lot. There is a park within walking distance
