While the exterior of the motel was showing its age, the room was clean, comfortable and up to date with the modern conveniences of newer facilities. The inside pool and hot tub were well maintained and the breakfast was delicious and complete with waffles, eggs and a side meat as well as a large variety of continental type choices... something for everyone. We were pleased with our stay.

The pool was not difficult to get to, but because of some renovation, we were at first a little confused about how to get to it. Maybe a little more obvious sign or directions near the one posted inside the back door might have helped.

This was a good location for our trip to the Shelburne Museum which was a few miles south on Rt 7. There were several nice restaurants nearby on Rt 7 and we were near Burlington if we wanted to go there also. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast area was set up very well and the maintenance worker cleaned tables after guests used them as well as checking and stocking food items.

We realize that the much of the hotel was closed this past year due to the pandemic but there was a musty smell in the hallways so the indoor/outdoor carpets probably need to be replaced.

Very clean in all ways. Air clean, floor clean, tub and sink clean. Absolutely no cigarette or pet smells. Sheets crisp and clean. Quiet and most comfortable mattresses my daughter and I have ever slept on. We felt safe, absolutely cannot say that about some motels that seem to harbor and encourage all night long squatters hanging out, smoking, drinking and waiting for the right time to break into vehicles. We experienced that in Bozeman, MT. Also 5 miles from airport was appreciated. I left at 4:30am so no idea of breakfast.

A lower price would be appreciated.

Location was close by and the price was reasonable plus the breakfast was included and it was quite good! Also and the best part, April at reception was awesome and very accommodating! The first room we got was not to our liking and she changed our room to one with a balcony and much airy than the last room! April, you rock !!!

We understand that many service organizations are short staffed, but not sure if that totally explains being short on room keys, towels and knives.

Breakfast was good, in fact a lot better than in most chain hotels. The breakfast room was nice and airy. The hotel is close to the Shelburne museum which is why we stayed there. Rooms were large and comfortable.

We had originally chosen a hotel that was less than we expected. We found quality Inn and decided to switch to this hotel. Neil (I believe that is his name) at the front desk and the lady that was there with him went above and beyond to help us out. Even getting us a room next to the pool because after the ordeal with the other hotel, all I wanted to do was go for a swim and relax. Their kindness towards us was amazing. Will definitely stay again if in the area. We stayed July 11 - 12. We checked in around 3. So the people working the desk at that time is who are the amazing ones!! Thank you again for an awesome stay

The toilet clogged and went to the front desk to get a plunger. Front desk girl didn't know where there was one. We didn't get the toilet unclogged until later the following day.

Arrived and expected the indoor pool as advertised to be operational which it was not and entire hotel in shambles due to there renovation process was woke at 7 am to hammering on the other room wall behind my head my room was in serious need of TLC my headboard all ripped the desk was falling apart and I was packing to check out with my children was not even 8 mins past my check out time and gotten a rude call from desk will not be back and will not recommend this hotel to anyone until there finished there renovations maybe then they will have adequate service for the money you pay.

The very friendly staff, all those I encountered but I have to single out the Jamaican staff who made me feel extra welcome and comfortable. Being our first time to the area, they gave us invaluable help and suggestions about adjusting. Our trip was to drop off my daughter at College for her first year.

I'd have loved if the room was visited daily by housekeeping staff but I understand that Covid affects that and the guest must request it. It just never occurred to me to ask.
