Kyle and Holly cooked different breakfast every day with recipes that they came up with. Ingredients were locally sourced and home-cooked breakfast was very intimate and considerate. It was a very charming place too with a cozy living room (common area) where people can relax and have fresh fruit and cookies. Our room was very cute and clean, and most importantly the bed was incredibly comfortable. I personally felt like I was an exchange student in a very nice home-stay type of dorm (with amazingly cute decor/interior design).

We personally did not have anything to complain about. If we really really have to come up with one suggestion, it would be regarding internet connection. The wifi was smooth but not fast enough for streaming services.

I enjoyed staying at the Sinclar Inn! Kyle and Cassidy welcomed me and I felt welcome! The room was very spacious and very clean, as was the private bathroom. My room looked out on the beautiful garden. The B&B is an old historic but renovated house, 30 minutes drive from Burlington, but conveniently located in beautiful Vermont. There is a nice atmosphere, easy contact with other guests, a good breakfast.

The property was well maintained manicured yard and beautiful flowers. The inn itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Our room was a peaceful oasis, very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of choices to eat. Owner was friendly and welcoming.

We had absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend it.

This charming Victorian home which was in outstanding condition, yet with all the modern amenities. Tom was very gracious and both he and Dan go the extra mile to accommodate their guests. The breakfasts prepared by Dan were as expected-delicious and very creative. The fruit plate on the second morning was too acidic for my dietary issues which I had chosen not to mention the first morning. Upon mentioning it, Tom immediately suggested other options and within just a couple of minutes I had a different delicious fruit plate. I almost forgot to mention the fresh pastries that await guests in the dining room upon their arrival - a nice touch. All guests had access to a small kitchenette with a fridge/freezer and complementary coffee/tea/ as well as a vast supply of cold drinks. We were able to store snacks and avail ourselves of cold drinks. I have a back condition requiring me to use ice packs 3 times per day. Having independent access to a freezer without bothering Tom or Dan to retrieve my ice packs from their freezer was an enormous blessing!

We loved everything about this place. The inn was immaculate, the breakfast was delicious and the accommodations were so comfortable. Every detail to make the stay more comfortable had been thought of. The hosts are lovely and make you feel so comfortable staying at this beautiful inn. We loved the high quality beds and black out shades, everyone got a great night of sleep. The complementry coffee and beverage area was a really nice touch, as was the lemon loaf waiting for us at check in. The inn has a nice deck overlooking beautiful flower gardens. So peaceful!

The Sinclair Inn was perfect for a romantic getaway! The building was adorable and the breakfast was so delicious. Kyle was super friendly and he helped make us feel right at home! It was also close to Burlington, Lake Champlain, and the mountains so there was much to do in the surrounding area. Definitely recommend!

We can't find anything we didn't like, this place was amazing!

Breakfast was amazing, every single day. Chicken and waffles with rosemary syrup! Baked rhubarb from their garden! Tom and Dan were also incredibly sweet, and they clearly take such pride in their inn. I loved having the drink area upstairs along with the fridge to store things, and the room was cute and well furnished. It had a nice size bathroom. It was also a very pretty room, with a view of the yard. Very cool touches!

The house itself is a gorgeous old Victorian, with stained glass windows, crown moldings, a wrap-around porch and other details of the Victorian style, but it has been meticulously updated, with all the modern conveniences we want when traveling. Each room has a full private bathroom and its own thermostat. I tend to run warm, so I turned my heat off. I didn’t have to swelter in a room controlled by anyone else (and I kept my ceiling fan on as well). If I had travelled during the summer, I could’ve turned my AC on full blast—without freezing out any other guests. That’s just the start of what I liked about the Sinclair Inn. Owners Dan and Tom are gracious, inviting and willing to go the distance in making their guests comfortable. Their breakfasts are AMAZING. Cold drinks, coffee and tea are free and conveniently located down the hall. Parking is free onsite. And don’t get me started on how soft and comfortable the bed was! I’m sorry for the cliche, but it was like sleeping on a cloud! I could go on and on. The Sinclair Inn is a 5 star accommodation!

Thanks to Dan and Tom for reminding us what genuine hospitality means and we both work in hospitality in NYC for the last 20 years including three Michelin star restaurants. Everything was beyond our expectations. The property was spotless clean, the breakfast was exceptional. I don't eat meat and they made sure to replace every meat item on the menu either with a vegetable or a meat substitute that is delicious. Our somewhat picky eater eight year old daughter was also accommodated with all her needs and she was super excited for next days breakfast. Tom is an amazing host at breakfasts and it was a pleasure to be greeted by him every morning and Dan is a great chef. We can not wait to go back to Sinclair Inn.

Loved the property! such a cute building in a quaint town and not far from a few ski mountains. Supplied with bottle water and soft drinks, but also paid for breakfast to be included. We didn’t get to do the sit down, since we had early starts but we were provided the option to have breakfast burritos ready for us early.
