Fantastic location, right on the river, next to the mountains and slopes, quite yet with enough restaurants in the vicinity. Jenny was WONDERFUL and one of the main reasons why we will remember this trip so fondly.

Vermont is expensive - but that's on Vermont, not the hotel per se. Otherwise - what's not to like?! Will definitely come back next summer.

Easy access to room from parking lot. Easy self check in. right at foot of Sugarbush access road.

Walls and adjoining doors kind of paper thin with noisy neighbors. Could use a microwave to go along with little fridge. Could use a large fridge/freezer than just the little cube.

Beds comfortable, room temperature comfortable, good shower, convenient location, easy check-in, got extra towels when needed, has everything you need to cook there

How about a hit tub!

My wife and I stayed here as part of a road trip and were very happy with our stay here. The owners were able to answer any question we had via text, which was very much appreciated. The room was very comfortable. The location was beautiful in terms of the surroundings, with a river running right around back of the property. It's also very conveniently located a short drive from Waterbury, making it a really good place to stay if you're in this area.

Everything!! From the owner Dana to the outdoor fire pits, this place was a gem. While it is one route 100, my girlfriend and I had a quiet stay. Room and bed were super cozy and only 10 minutes from both Sugarbush and downtown Warren and Waitsfield, couldn't have picked a better spot.

The room was comfortable and quiet, parking convenient and staff welcoming. We also appreciated the option to make an evening tea in the lobby - not just coffee - and the very reasonably priced DIY laundry facility (very useful while being on roadtrip). A good place to stay when touring Vermont and needing a stop on the route 100.

Everything . The price was super reasonable compared to properties all around the area. We thought we’d be paying 100 dollars for a regular hostel on the road . Instead we found a super cute , very clean , fully renovated property with all we needed to rest, keep our road trip food in the fridge for the night , and warm up some soup for dinner in their microwave. Fastest self check in and out process ever . FIre pits outside right next to the river . Best road hostel ever after traveling in the US for six years .

Check in was quick and easy, room was very clean and modern. Wish I had time to use one of the fire pits next to the river.

Loved the self service check in / check out. The rooms have a clean, fresh design and are very comfy. No restaurant but free coffee and snacks for a minimal cost. The location is great for exploring local towns and hiking trails. There is even a nice easy trail that heads out from the back of the hotel. Lots of great info in the room about local things to do for all seasons including waterholes. Parking is right outside your room so it is convenient when you do not want to drag all your gear in. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.

The room was recently redone and was immaculate. The location is excellent, across from the access road to Sugarbush. During Covid there is a contactless protocol for checking in and out via text message.

The door stuck a bit when entering. Because of the contactless protocol you have to phone to get help. Luckily with a few tries I was able to get in and didn't need to call.
