Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites White River Junction, an IHG Hotel

This hotel is not brand new, but looks like new, nice modern design of the rooms and bathroom. Large room with compartments for kitchen and sofa area. We had room on 4-th floor with high ceiling, attic style with small extra sofa and roof window, so we can see the sky! Location close to the road but very green and quite with beautiful window view. Very clean, personal nice and friendly. We would love to come back in fall!

The attic window was nice, but without curtain, so in the morning the sun is shining bright and straight to the person who is sleeping on sofa. Other beds are less affected. So, it would be helpful to add a curtain between attic/kitchen and bedroom area, It was a loud noise outside, may be from hallway a/c . We closed windows at nigh and it was not disturbing too much. May be it is less loud on other side of the hotel. Still, this is minor complain, we had a great experience with this hotel!

Forgive me Holiday Inn for I have sinned! I was in white river for two nights. the first one was spent at the white river inn next door and what a mistake that was. your facility was not only friendlier, it was obviously cleaner, newer, it felt much safer, and breakfast was outstanding! I can’t wait to come back next year for the same event (assuming I get invited back) I will be staying both nights at the holiday inn!

There were some very minor issues with the room. like the night stand had a sticky residue on it from the bottom of a coffee cup from a previous guest but other than that my stay was fantastic!

Accommodations were the best of any local hotel I've stayed at by a long shot and at a fair price. Breakfast was great and the staff was more professional and courteous than one would reasonably expect - which was awesome! Laundry and fresh coffee all day were an added plus!

Honestly, the cleaning staff could actually have done a slightly better job cleaning the room, when they did - to be on par with the rest of our experience. I also had a small issue in that I cancelled one day and the system was going to re-charge me a higher rate for the whole stay. The rep didn't know exactly what to do; however, the manager jumped in immediately and fixed everything, making it a good learning opportunity for the two associates working the desk.

Staff very kind and friendly through and through Breakfast buffet was good as well, nice selection. Coffee very good. Room was great size overall Nice window view of countryside.

Poorly lit (no light) /dark area of sign for road way entrance to IGH. Room window next to bed slightly drafty cold. Didn't know hotel was related to one across from us that had a available indoor pool for use at no extra charge. Could hear the highway from time to time early in morning.

The room was great, beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows and soft sheets! The breakfast was really good. They had a very good assortment of foods to choose from and the staff person there was exceptional! She was so friendly and helpful.

Our room was mostly quite clean and we were happy with it. However, we did notice some pink mildew in the corners of the shower which takes awhile to grow. We found that to be disappointing and it made us wonder about how clean it was.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and big , beds were comfy. Breakfast was awesome and so was the cook! I would definitely stay here again!

We kept having a problem with our keys . Seem like everytime we got up to our room, our keys didn't work. They said it was probably bc we were spending all day in a hospital near radiation. Pool was in a different building. So we didn't use the pool.

My whole experience was great. The suite was spacious and had a kitchen wich was a bonus as I stayed several days. I was there for a family gathering and there was plenty of room to accommodate. The bed was soft and comfortable. They had a keurig coffee maker so I could have my favorite morning coffee. The views are beautiful from the bedroom window.

I liked everything and will stay there again

The proximity to two highways is excellent, offering convenient accessibility. Our stay proved to be a typical Holiday Inn Express experience, meeting the expected standards of comfort and service.

Although the sign indicated the presence of a library on the ground floor, I regrettably couldn't locate it during my search.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was convenient to get to and we’ll located for my trip.

My fourth floor room was very hot at night. Even with the heating system turned off it was over eighty degrees in the room. Luckily there was a box fan n the closet to bring some relief.

great location, easy to access amenities and local stores.

we didn’t get the room we booked. we were told they were full so we couldn’t get the two queen suite and had to settle for the one king Suite with a pullout couch which wasn’t very comfortable. the pool was in another building and there was very little heat in the building which made it un enjoyable in the winter weather. other than that it was a great stay
