Location was very convenient. I had told the front desk that on Friday they did not need to come in and change the sheets . But clean towels would be great. But clean room on Saturday, she came early we were not ready to leave. So again we told her no need to clean. But she gave us some clean towels which we asked for. It’s really hard trying to get across to people that don’t understand what you’re saying. The weird thing was I made my husband returned to our room someone came in and left clean towels change the pillowcases and we were surprised that someone came in. The first room that was given to us on the third floor was not up to standards furniture is nicked tub was dirty so I called they apologized and gave us another room. Was very disappointed the morning we went to have a small breakfast what happened to the nice Buffay you used to set up it was a lot better than the way they do à la cart now. There’s one person getting breakfast is ready but the line is so long it wasn’t worth waiting for. Gave her vouchers away because we knew we wouldn’t be using them. I always pick Comforter Inn

The kitchen staff was excellent and the cleaning staff was excellent.

The people who checked you in were very incompetent. First, I was told that I did not have a room when I arrived. Then I found out that the person who made my original reservation made it using my first name as my last name. I was checked in as Martin Debbie. I am being charged double for one room. Something is certainly not right with the management of this hotel. Booking.com and my credit card company are trying to help me with this problem.

Sorry for not being more wealthy after my coming out of a coma, so the problem of course was how certain establishments who somehow ended up with plenty compensation through that Covid-19 scam, while I personally only received one $700 check the entire time, and that was stolen and it took me about 3 months to actually receive that, yet now prices for everything has gone up drastically, like the Hotels which I've been practically Living out of since coming out of that coma, can't get Ethical Medical Anything, Safety or Housing Anywhere, just trying to Live and I'm sick and tired of being trapped outside unable to convince Government nor Law Enforcement Nationally to Help, I'm not one of the individuals outright committing anything during this Purge!

The property was lovely, very friendly staff and guest. Food at bar was good but pricey, to be expected at a hotel bar. The only complaint I have is when we arrived, Booking.com had cancelled our reservation. Not good after a 7 hour drive with my elderly parents (90). The woman at the front desk was very helpful and found us a room.

Bed were not very comfortable, but everything else was just fine.

Was very clean and modern. The bistro and bar were convenient, a little pricey but the breakfast was good.The indoor pool being open for spring break. A lot of good dining options near by. Awesome stay for seeing things outside of D.C Close to MT.Vernon and Old Town Alexandria.

The $15 a day parking fee. You are a 20 minute drive to D.C without traffic. This should not be a charge.

I always try to stay at this hotel when traveling to the Springfield/N. VA area. It is right off 95 and close to the metro station. Each time I stay, it is always clean and the staff behind the check in counter have always been super nice. Rooms are nice and the bed is always comfy. Plenty of restaurants around. Going to Old Town Alexandria or DC - if traffic isn't bad - is just a hop, skip, and a jump. I went to the Kennedy Center on a Monday night, leaving around 6:30ish for fear of traffic, but from the hotel, it literally only took about 15-20 min. Very nice. But maybe that was just a good day. lol. I'm from Springfield, so I know the traffic can be an absolute nightmare. But hey, at least the hotel doesn't have to be!

staff is super friendly and very accommodating, room is spacious and comfortable, bed is great. Wi-Fi reception excellent

there really should be a second door between the room entry hall / bathroom area and the bedroom so to insulate sounds coming from people walking down the corridor. this is recurrent problem with this type of configuration but one that could be easily resolved. we did get woken up by some noisy people early in the am and that should not happen.

Very nice!!! Booking.com almost destroyed my daughters birthday and the property stepped in and gave us accommodations . Bookin.com is trash they charged my card twice and tied up $500 of my funds. The property had no record of my payment that was taken by booking.com

I loved the property

Very friendly and down-to-earth staff. I appreciated the bistro area, work area with computer and printer, and hot tub. I ordered a tasty latte at the bistro. Stayed three nights under sad circumstances (traveling for a memorial service) but my stay was a comfort. I'd definitely stay again.

Great location, nicely appointed hotel, lobby, bistro all good.

Staff person in bistro didn't go out of his way to explain how ordering works or where the menus were we had to ask a couple times. Food was good though, price right. 2 people in our party yet on the bed they only give you 3 pillows. Most give you 2 pillows per person there was an extra blanket in the closet but not a pillow. Not enough extra hand towels.
