The room was spacious. Liked the roll out table. Liked the walk in shower with a good shower head. Norman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating on several occasions. Liked the full size refrigerator. Exercise room was good.

Breakfast was inconsistent from day to day. First day there was nothing left at 7:30 AM. Other days it was okay. Carlita the front desk manager needs to be retrained on how to do customer service. We saw her handle a few situations poorly ( overnight loud noise complaints ). She made no eye contact with the people she was trying to assist as if it didn't matter to her.

I like that we were close to Restaurants and sisters have to go far for food and attractions.

I didn't like that the rooms didn't have extra toilet paper and when I asked it took them over an hour to get to me, No dish towels to dry dishes used. No choice of meat other than what is on the breakfast sandwiches prepared. The rooms also could have extra blankets or cover in rooms in case you want to lounge on couch and not mess bed up.

Nice location, facilities, and nice staff we found in that hotel.

I think it is better to clean suites more frequently, not to let customers ask for napkins and soap. It is better to make suites cleaning at least four times a week.

Great outside seating area and lobby

Place is great but we will never understand the design of the handicapped rooms being farthest from the elevator. Seems inherent in the chain hotels. No reflection on the staff.

Everything!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We traveled from Oklahoma and out of the three hotels we’ve stayed at, this was the absolute best one by far. Exceptionally clean, the people running this hotel know what they are doing and take great pride in it. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank y’all for such a nice and comfortable stay!

breakfast was very good coffee and tea available all day.

the hot tub temperature was not hot it was just a bit warm on both nights I stayed I was really looking forward to the hot tub after my long day.

I loved the decor and set up. The staff was super helpful and friendly. My teenagers loved the breakfast especially the waffles. Overall not a bad thing to say!

Location is good

Beds not laid , no room services offered . Extremely poor customer service, my account is yet to be refunded for a double charge despite several calls, emails and reminders

Refrigerator kept turning off, we ended up throwing out food because it spoiled. No one came to check out why it wasn’t working properly.

the fire pit outside was super relaxing and a great way to unwind at the end of the night.

The spa was out of order. There is construction next store that starts with noise before 7am.
