Loved the healthy menu items. I don’t eat meat and there was little option on the regular menu but the other menu had great options that were varied and flavorful. I appreciated the 24/7 gym. Bed was comfy and I loved the shower and bathroom supplies. The lavender oil to sleep was lovely. The location was quite nice. I enjoyed a brief walk outside. Appreciated the free airport shuttle.

Sadly, I left before breakfast was served despite having chosen the hotel because breakfast was going to be included. Perhaps there could be a few items available for early morning departure guests - yogurt, premade sandwiches, oatmeal packets and access to hot water, boiled eggs, juice, coffee.

The cleaniness and tidiness of our room. Our bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and easy to deal with. One of the shuttle bus drivers, the younger one, was very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Good selection and the taste was excellent.

We landed at 1am. The website said the shuttle was on call from 12am to 5am. However, when we called the front desk to order the shuttle, no-one answered. So we had to get an uber to get to the hotel from the airport. The older shuttle driver was a little bit impatient.

I found an excellent offer that the price includes the breakfast but u need to use vouchers. First day, i asked the server to get me a coffee latte, he kindly gave that to me within the voucher. Next day, I was served with another one who said the voucher doesn’t include the latte! At same day, my husband was served a latte using same voucher!! This was confusing and the server who told me that was not nice. I don’t like the way he was talking to me.

The room was very clean and so was the bathroom.

This hotel did not look like any of the Westin’s I had ever visited. It looked like maybe a holiday inn that they put the Westin name on. For the price I paid, I definitely expected a nicer looking hotel. It seemed like an old hotel was being spruced up. There was a ceiling leak right at the front door and when you looked up it appeared it had been a long term problem that they just boarded up instead of fixed. Staff also could be more attentive in greeting guests. They seem to be in another zone and don’t acknowledge your presence until they are ready to.

Close to Dulles airport with a convenient and frequent airport shuttle. Breakfast buffet was tasty. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The room seemed just a tad outdated compared to the hotel lobby and restaurant. There was nothing wrong with the room at all, just a little outdated compared to other Westin hotels I’ve stayed at. Not a dealbreaker by any means.

Perfect short stay near airport. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff including shuttle drivers welcoming and helpful. Free shuttle service to and from airport. Plus point: if you have extra time, do go for a walk around the hotel. The green space and the lake/river was a wonderful spot to relax before taking our flight back

The hotel's view and cleanliness were exceptional. I had a 10 hours transit in IAD and needed a place near the airport. I was recommended to go to this hotel. They had a shuttle service that operated frequently. I arrived about 10 pm and left in the early morning around 4:30 am.

The room was not quite. The sound of the water pumps was annoying. The breakfast is served at 7 am. At other hotels, it is served around 5:30 - 6 am.

It was quiet and clean.

The wifi was not available in my room unless I plugged through the usual forms concerning my Bonvoy account. I do not have time for such i-dotting and t-crossing and hoop jumping after a full day of travel. Or at any time, come to think of it. Wifi is either available in the room or it is not.

Perfect location for travel. It’s right near airport. It’s comfortable and has a walking path near it. Food is good. It’s really upscale and the staff are great!! Big room and all facilities work great. Love this hotel stayed 3 times for travel.
