The staff was friendly, and when I complained about the heat/AC not working in the room, Destiny immediately gave me a different room. The bed was firm and comfortable. I noticed that there were no minibottles of shampoo, lotion, etc., but I did not need them. Those mini bottles contribute to the plastic pollution anyway. The room was very clean.

The walls seem to be paper thin, as I heard a lot of running around next to me and from the above me. The noise did die down later. The hotel advertised that there was a free breakfast, but the grab and go breakfast left a lot to be desired. I know that during the covid crisis in 2020 and 2021, many hotels either discontinued their free breakfast or reduced it to a grab and go. I propose the possibility of providing coupons to local restaurants. That morning I ate a wonderful breakfast at Bob Evans, which I could have walked to, but I drove there instead.

The breakfast left much to be desired. I skipped it and ate at Bob Evans. When you a free breakfast is part of your advertising, I would expect something better. What did I like: The room was clean and the staff accommodated my needs. Nice place at a reasonable price.

Coffee bar for breakfast, convenient access to the room from the parking lot, as long as the keys were working. Convenient location to area attractions. Proximity to a walking path around a lake across the street. Decent value overall.

Keys to the entrance door and to the room failed to work frequently. Friendly attendants at the reception desk promptly replaced them, but it was annoying that keys were good for only 2 days or so. Air traffic noise.

The kitchen is good and clean. There are TV in each room, including living room. We don't need to compromise it.

It didn't prepare enough soap and shampoo for all guests. I think it should be a tiny mistake, but it did bring some inconvenience to us. While it was said to provide the breakfast, it's just merely a coffee and cookie. I guess it was because of COVID-19...

The hotel is close to the airport and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. I only stayed one night, but the kitchen in the room is definitely a plus!

The wifi went out for most of my time here and the breakfast ended at 9:30. I thought that was really early. The room is a little bit dated, but it has everything that you need.

Location was ideal with amenities nearby. Room had a full kitchen which is always a bonus

Wish I had known that dishes, plates, etc. are not provided. Also, the breakfast leaves A LOT to be desired with pre-packaged snacks and over-brewed coffee the only options.

clean , close to advar hazy ctr , beautiful patio area, amazing 2 bedroom suite. quiet and loved that its secure and no one can get in where rooms are without a room key.

Customer service was great and the accommodations were Great. The assistance and availability was great also. The Units was very pleasant and the establishment was very nice and comfotable. I would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

This location was a Great Pleasure.

We did not partake of the breakfast.

We didn’t know about requesting dishes and cups and bowls. The TV was turned away from the bed.
