We had a delay and a forced stopover in Washington, and needed to find a hotel near the airport fast. This one was a great choice, considering the distance to the airport, the convenience, the room size and the staff. We asked for an extended check-out and the hotel provided. The room was spacious, with everything that we needed for an emergency two-night stopover. The location is accessible by lyft/taxi. There is a free shuttle, with limited time (runs only from 09:00 to 22:00)

The breakfast is typical American style: no fresh vegetables, no cheeses or sugar-free/natural yoghurts. Everything is carb-based, sweet and not healthy. But this is the case in most of the hotels in the US.

We struggled to communicate with the hotel prior to our arrival as they didn't respond to our email, nor to the "send message" option on the Booking.com app. We didn't know how to arrange the airport shuttle, so we rather hired a car to be safe. The accommodation was perfect for our needs, except that the breakfast was already all packed up by 9:30 on our second morning, so we missed breakfast. I didn't realise that it would be available for such a short period of time.

Respond to booking.com messages and emails. Remind guests about times for breakfast.

Airport shuttle hours were not on website. It only said free airport shuttle. We needed one at 7:15am, but was told when we got there that the shuttle did not start running until 8am. Please put the shuttle hours on your website Also we requested a bedroom with a king bed. The bed was a queen. However, we were amazed we were given a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen and living room which was nice but totally unnecessary for just the 2 of us for the 9 hours we were there to sleep and shower.

The establishment is very close to the airport, yet quiet. It's an excellent place for large groups and families. The rooms are exceptional clean and have much better/larger suite rooms than big chain hotels. The area was quiet and the choices for breakfast was great.

I wish there was a rubber mat for the bathtub or the bathtub had slip resistant strips. My husband slipped and fell in the shower. The tub got slippery after using the provided body wash.

Location of room in proximity to the airport was great. The shuttle driver even made an exception and picked us up from the hotel at 8am even though shuttle rides start at 9am on weekends. Staff was amazing.

Not enough towels and washcloths in the room to accommodate a family. The suite we were in accommodated up to 8 guests. There were only enough towels and washcloths for maybe 5 guests. Cost was a bit pricey but we had a family of 6 so it worked out well for the space.

The suites are very comfortable, well equipped, and clean. The breakfast is very good and staff is friendly.

The hotel supposedly offers 24 hour shuttle to the airport but upon arrival, it was not the case. Also I had to wait a long time to be picked up at the airport, and had to take an uber back to the airport.

Could have used a small scrub sponge with a scouring surface and a mini bottle of dish soap. The extra operating expense would be offset by the time your housekeeping staff must spend cleaning the pans. Couch in the living room starting to get a little seedy. Neither issue would discourage us from the brand or a return visit to this property.

it is nice to have two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The kitchen was not fully stocked with pots and pans, so bring your own if you are planning to cook. The location is so close to the airport! Literally five minutes away. They are doing renovations, so it may be loud during the day. The bathroom fan in my room did not work. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was clean. If you were planning to spend the day in DC, this would be a great hotel.

in a regular hotel one can feel secure at night knowing that access is only through keys. All doors to the rooms are facing the parking area. It reminded me of a motel. There are no elevators, so if you have to pack your luggage up the stairs this could be an issue.

Very spacious rooms. Had everything needed for an extended stay. Good water pressure from shower (which can be challenging at places you stay). Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and pretty good - nice options.

The only compliant and not really a compliant is that the bathroom (shower/toilet area) was a little tight, other wise good to go.

I always stay here when I have an early flight from Dulles. super convenient and comfortable. I travel with my dog- I especially appreciate exterior doors, thick walls and comfortable rooms with kitchens.

I wish they started breakfast earlier- but understand pre-crack of dawn is extreme
