The grounds and facilities were clean The staff was nice and willing to help. The location was good - close to everything Restaurant on the property

The beds (mattress)were horrible. The mattresses were too firm, and pillows were extremely too soft. They sunk with any pressure on them - both made for sleepless nights. No toiletries - in the room - you had to ask for hand soap and/or lotion. They have a beehive on the property - used for restaurant, I assume but weird to have it on the property, in my opinion

The waitress in the restaurant was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and adjusted my dish according to my food allergies at no additional cost. The property was very well clean and kept very sanitized. The staff always wore masks for the comfort of the guests. Social distancing was their top priority and served excellent service at the front desk. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I felt as if I was in a mansion being taken care of all my needs while also having my privacy to enjoy the stay at my own pace. No rushing and always fast service check in and check out. They made it so easy and flawless!

I was not aware of the incidental hold on a card of the $50 per night. Caught me a bit off guard but I always come prepared with a major credit card just in case but should be made clear. The Wifi wasn't free unless you are in the Lobby. Wifi is only free to Mariott honor member system but $15 to $16 a night for internet is still not bad for the service this hotel provides. There was a carpet stain between the bed and TV I informed the front desk so I am not liable for that damage when I discovered it. They even offered to change my room but I wasn't bothered by it just made it clear I didn't cause this damage.

The location is relaxing and peaceful. It’s a short walk to two great restaurants: Sedona Taphouse and Uptown Cafe.

It’s not trivial crossing the street if you are walking anywhere.

The location was great and the staff were awesome! We had an event and the service and facility were both wonderful. The space gave us lots of options for breakouts and also areas of fellowship.

Asked for early checking room not ready and also asked for a room that I would not have to walk so far as I have very bad back and knee pain. I was put in room 493!!!!!!!!

Not having room ready since I had important engagement that I had to be on time for and having to settle for room the furthest away in hotel. Not good for me. Not meeting my request. I have stayed here before and service was super. That of course was before you got rid of your excellent staff and replace with uncaring employees. Older lady at front desk could care less about the service. Not a good look for first person you meet upon arrival. Just short of rude.

Elevators were never crowded and were never delayed for periods of time

No places to to grab a bite to eat other than bar in hotel nearby.

We found it very clean comfortable amd.relaxing. It was close to downtown Dc.

I reserved a room months in advance. I knew we would be arriving late for our reservation so i called to let them know but they gave my room away anyway... they were full so we were pretty stuck..

We actually love this place! It was a pretty and love the ambiance! The bricks building and the location It’s the feel of your away from city but still your in it!lol just a few minutes away you have a lot of choice of restaurants and fast food The bedroom are cleans and bed are so comfy!

Due to the covid the usage of pool is limited time and you have to do a reservation for an hour usage but it’s better than nothing and my family enjoy it!!! Also there jacuzzi is close and the restaurant inside but they have a room service that you can call you need food
