We had to visit Radford University and the location of this hotel was good. The front desk clerk, Sam, was polite and super helpful. The room was spacious, nicely furnished, and decorated. My toddler loved the fact that we only had to tap our key card to gain entry into the room-I appreciated that too, so much easier than inserting while wrestling with kids and bags. The room had a separate sleeping and living space which was a big plus when it was time to put little ones to bed! The breakfast was also nice.

A fire alarm went off right after we'd put our kids to bed, but it didn't last more than 5 minutes and wasn't overly loud. 2 of our 3 kids slept through it. The mattress was a bit firm for our liking. The cleaning staff missed a drink bottle trash under the sofa, the shower curtain liner was noticeablely dirty, and there were bits of hair inside the shower, in the bathroom floor, and on the toliet.

Excellent staff with friendly support. My car keys were accidentally dropped in the elevator pit, staff called maintenance support and he was able to recover the keys immediately, saved the day! Remember to pack the swimming trunks, in-house laundry machines were of great help for long stay

The pots and pans in the kitchenette could be checked prior to the guest arrival to keep these tidy and clean. Breakfast serving should have a display to know what is being served - chicken/pork/beef as many international travelers may not eat all kind of meats.

Safe quiet and comfortable bed. Staff were polite and helpful. Inside and out of hotel was clean.

So hot in the room. 68 to 72 degrees. I like it chilly at night and the heat kicked on when it reached 68! Should be able to put a/c on but it was locked down. The hallways were hot! At least 76 degrees.

Your front desk person was very personable very helpful and very diligent and making sure that we were taking care of

The room was smaller than I remember staying at a Homewood suites before. The others that I stayed at had a separate living room and a private bedroom with a door it was more roomy then this one. The bed probably would be considered comfortable but I use a numbers bed so I had a hard time getting comfortable but if I probably didn't have one of those number beds in my own home it would probably be just fine

Great staff, clean, breakfast was awesome, plenty of room.

The shower head was very difficult to move and adjust. Had to place a towel on the side of the tub and climb up to get enough leverage and adjust the full shower head to the correct position and adjust the spray also.

The front desk staff was exceptional. They were accommodating and understanding when I checked out of the wrong room early. The facilities were clean, and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

Not as close to eating facilities, but the drive wasn’t too far.

The breakfast was wonderful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was lovely, and the staff was so friendly and helpful!

The shower had poor water pressure, but the bathroom was otherwise exceptional.

The hotel is excellent. Clean, friendly staff, comfy rooms, kitchen staff was wonderful. Front desk super helpful.

Missing Netflix on TV and liquid soap in shower..

Room was basic, had bigger in the past, but was good. If there, visit the cracker barrel across the street, best food in the entire chain.

The breakfast made 6 steps back from an year ago.

The breakfast food was super good and the staff were outstanding! Very helpful, kind, cheerful and professional.

The shower stall wasn't in great shape. Also, there were no ports to plug my computer into.
