I really liked the services, cleanliness and comfort that this hotel had to offer. Ashley who is the front desk was really nice to us. She offered us a good breakfast even though it was late. We enjoyed our stay as a family there. Definitely will recommend this place if you plan on visiting Virginia Tech or nearby cities!

The breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The kitchen was very clean and the dining room was very large and also clean and modern. The kitchen person, Judy, was exceptional. She went out of her way to accommodate the guests. She had a very pleasant manner and interacted with the guests.

Pretty furnishings. Clean except one odd spot on bedspread. Microwave and fridge were nice, needed. The breakfast was yummy and exceptionally clean, and attendant helpful and friendly. Coffee creamers were liquid instead of powdered.😃 We were moved to a room that was not handicap bathroom, and it smelled much better. Front desk folks very helpful and kind.

Bathtub doesn't drain fast . Bathroom had no vent.💩 Tv cable kept glitching badly. Hubby tossed and turned due to mattress lumps

It’s convenient and close to where I need to be at times and it doesn’t get too packed the area is located right off of the highway which I like.

The property is settled next to a Cracker Barrel which is convenient for us it has a pool which was not open at this time but has been open previously in the hot months which I enjoy

We’ve stayed here several times while driving from GA to MA. It’s clean but nothing fancy. Perfectly suitable for our needs. There’s food & gas nearby and it’s right off the highway. This place is reliable for us as an affordable, safe stay.

it was newer, was fairly clean.

I did not like the fact that every 20 or 30 seconds we were so close to the expressway/highway that super loud trucks roar by. It was actually tough to get to sleep.

-bed was comfy -very, very clean room -very friendly staff -nice facilities -breakfast was nice, could use a couple more options though

-bathroom looked a bit rushed. paint drips everywhere, caulk leftover -toilet made an awfully loud racket after flushing, almost like a scream

The location was nice and convenient to the things we needed to do and to the interstate. You could hear the cars on the interstate at night but it wasn't too loud esp since we had the heat turned on. The bed was very comfortable and the room seemed to have been cleaned very well. Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay there again.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness as well as the very nice tv that the room had.

what I did not like was that the door to the room had a few cracks around it and would let in the wind and cold air

Really really lovely staff each time we came across them. The room was clean and very easily heated and cooled. For a last minute booking we were very impressed.

Breakfast is sadly very, very limited mostly down to Covid restrictions but I do feel like hotels could have improved on this since last year.
