Everything in this hotel was extremely wonderful. The front desk person ( Starfire ) was so helpful. The room had an actual coffee pot that was supplied with local coffee. The room was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. If you're on the Blue Ridge please make a stop in Floyd and stay here,you will not be disappointed. ⁰

The only thing is ,Floyd seems to be open Tuesday through Sunday. It's pretty quite on Mondays and some on Tuesday. It might have just been the season but things closed at about 6 o'clock.

Thgis was the best hotel for the value I have ever encountered. The facility was beautiful, the room very spacious, the location perfect (middle of town and only 6 miles from an entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway), with a per night price that was less than other lesser quality hotels in which I stayed in this two week long trip. The breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, grits, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, coffee, and juices. The dinning room was very comfortable.

There was a slight issue with breakfast in that there were no eggs available; however, they were replenished and breakfast was great. My spouse is not a breakfast person but did grab a bagel and some cream cheese for the road. The location of the breakfast room was located off of the main lobby.

I loved it was walking distance to downtown area. Plenty of parking and the room and facilities were super clean. The staff was awesome! No door knock at early hours for house cleaning. We left a bit before checkout and we’re not disturbed at all.

The pillows are a bit flat and soft.

Breakfast was very good. Location was great. Funky hotel which ticked all the boxes. Very spacious room as well

Only niggle was an annoying drip which sounded like it was coming from outside from the aircon unit upstairs. We had our heat pump unit switched off because it was so noisy (like most are) but the dripping was a pain. We were in room 214.

I was very surprised, it looks like a motel 8 by the pictures, but clearly is not. It is pretty basic and would not call it a boutique hotel as listed, but the room was huge, comfortable, an excellent value and hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the person in the breakfast room was amazing. Just steps away from the little downtown area and close to the blurring parkway.

Honestly considering the price I paid for the room the hotel has exceeded my expectations. Not only were the rooms themselves insanely large but it was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a nice add on as well. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in the area.

Rooms were large with extra chairs for sitting. Bed very comfortable. Location excellent, you can walk to everything in town. Eggs at breakfast were excellent.

We chose the location because it was close to the parkway. The breakfast was the best on our trip, even real dishes & silverware including in the room. Cool room themes we were not aware of would have liked to choose which one.

Our main complaint here is that we had a non smoking room, but had to walk through peoples smoke to get into our room, and they were a little noisy playing "corn hole" right outside our door. other then that it was a very good stay.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful town. Wonderful after a long motorcycle ride to just walk around town. We even found a speak easy to have dinner and drinks.

Would have loved to have a hot tub to enjoy! That would of blown us away but still great with out it
