Comfort Suites Fredericksburg North

The location was great.It was clean.

The water wasn’t hot.I had the water on full hot water but it did not get hot.The pillows are small and weird.Full-size pillows are a must.

The whole stay was great. Even though we were only there 1 night as we drove home from North Carolina, it was enjoyable. The best part was the lovely young woman who checked us in. She was friendly and so helpful. I am handicapped and sometimes very simple things Ike taking a shower xan become a chore. I booked an accessible room thT looked like it gad a fold down shower bench because I cannot get through a shower without being able to sit. The room unfortunately did not have the fold down seat but the young woman checked and was able to provide a shower chair for me. She even brought it down to the room. That made my stay. Really made a difference. Also, the room was spacious, well appointed, and did not hurt that the bed wS so comfortable. We were well rested and enjoyed a nice hot breakfast to fet on the nect 6h leg of our journey. Thank you Comfort Suites. Would definitely stay there again.

Although the breakfast hours were still in effect, there was nothing left except packaged oatmeal, and no staff putting more out. There was a bruised banana , a couple of apples, water, and coffee. I don't know if there was cold cereal boxes or juice as I was not interested in them. I was disappointed I couldn't get any sausages or pancakes.

Enough food for every one who wanted some would have been nice.

The staff at the front desk was really nice, rooms were really clean, rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, very quite during after hours and early morning and enjoyed free breakfast.

I just don’t like that the hotel staff place your invoice at your room door. Customer’s personal information is on the invoice, why not just give the invoices to us when we check out at the front desk.

Easy access to the interstate. Clean room with a comfortable bed. There was a fridge and a coffee marker in the room. breakfast was available, but we didn't check it out as we had breakfast plans both mornings we were there with family/friends.

A lot of noise in the hallway from other guests. The bathroom sink didn't drain very well and the toilet ran a long time after flushing it.

it was very clean and the breakfast was good. Suzanne, who is the breakfast manager at the place was exceptionally welcoming. Once she found out that we were traveling, she offered us a togo bag with a bottle of water, a piece of fruit and a granola bar. That made such an impression on me as to how this place welcomes their customers. Will definitely book this place on our travels again.

We were pleasantly surprised that the property was much nicer than we expected, and we weren't paying an arm and a leg to stay for several days. We had never stayed with Comfort Suites before, but found the property and the rooms to be very clean and well-maintained.

Pictures showed there is a pool onsite. When we arrived, there was no mention by staff or signage to indicate that the pool was closed for several days for maintenance. Nothing on Booking.com that indicated the pool was closed for maintenance, either. It was partially because of the pool that we booked with Comfort Suites and it was rather disappointing to find out that we wouldn't be able to use the pool, when we had planned to swim in the evenings after being out sightseeing during the days.

Location convenient for our purpose.

The breakfast was nice but some plain oatmeal or scrambled eggs for breakfast would have been nice option. The gentleman sleeping in the fourth floor ice machine room was not a welcome sight when getting ice in the morning. it was reported to the office, and they seemed concerned, but he was still there about an hour later

I loved the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. I liked the room and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean and bathroom had plenty of towels.

The only thing that I didn't care for, was not the fault of the hotel. There were kids running and stomping on the floor above me.

Great location. Near tons of restaurants. Also if you need anything there is a Walmart and target near by. Perfect place to stay to vist my distant relatives. Comfortable beds great staff.

I have nothing bad to say. I can't say anything but good things this place is awsome. Sorry I just had such a good experience. We will be staying every time we go to Virginia.
