Room very clean, spacious with microwave, fridge extra linens. Furnishings contemporary, simple but attractive. Grounds particularly welcoming with picnic tables and umbrellas and large water fountain. Exterior colonial design, soothing accent color. Reception area has AM coffee, hot water, tea. Ice and vending machine available 24/7. Parking at room accessible, easy to move luggage, monitor car status.

Exceeded expectations for a Motel of any kind. Would have enjoyed coffee available more than AM only. An extra blanket would have been comfy but room temperature was easily controlled. In room safe not available.

I lived in Harrisonburg for over 16 years so when I went back to visit I was more than happy to stay here! Family have stayed in the past and it was always a positive experience! Clean beds, clean room and excellent location right off the interstate! It is just the "bare bones" so you get a clean room, a clean bed, a clean bathroom, cable TV, a mini fridge and microwave. The floors are tiled but everything has been done nicely. Our room was quiet except for the occasional car on Rt 11 outside, but that's to be expected with a roadside motel. Would recommend and would stay again!

This is our 3rd stay at this Motel 6. We love the easy on/off location, pleasant staff, very clean and tidy lobby, grounds and rooms. We were towing a 26 foot boat and we're happy to have a secure parking spot with easy access. Walking distance to Dunkin and a fantastic Japanese Restaurant. We will happily stay here again if in the area.

Would have liked to have some tissues in the room. Lawn mower started at 7 am but I was awake so it was ok. I was in a wheelchair accessible room. The room was large and although the bath tub was low, I'm not sure how a person in a wheelchair could get in the tub......

The grounds, lobby and rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Check in/out was easy and staff was pleasant. Easy on/off highway. We were towing a large boat and had no problem parking in the designated area of the parking lot.

Coffee machine in lobby wasn't working correctly but Dunkin's is right next door.

Love the quietness staff was very nice loved the fountain and chair was very relaxing was me n my best friend and we felt very relaxed and comfortable

Bed was a little hard for me and shower pressure a little low but definitely will stay again

Rooms were comfortable, clean, and a good price for a stopover on our trip.

Bathtub was extremely slow in draining; it nearly filled while showering our kiddos. It is probably an easy fix and certainly would not prevent us from staying again.

Nice size rooms. Comfy bed. Standard flat screen, fridge and microwave. No inroom coffee maker but Cracker Barrel close by.

Just the noise from adjacent rooms. Walls seemed a bit thin. Thankfully everyone quieted down after 10. Although that should be a started policy.

Motel 6- Harrisonburg VA. One quarter mile from exit. I reserved a no smoking handicap accessible room. Check-in went smoothly. I went to my room to find a large, well lit room with two queen size beds. Very polite employees. Unfortunately, although the room was clearly marked with a “No Smoking” sign, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I returned to the desk and one off the desk personnel followed me to my room with a large can of something that she sprayed around the beds at waist level. It did the trick and the smell was gone. 4 electric outlets by beds, two under AC, two under mirror, 4 under TV. 39” cable TV - excellent picture. Small refrigerator and microwave. Extremely clean, either remodeled or excellently maintained. House phone. Medium firm mattresses. Within about a mile - Cracker Barrel, McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, local pizza restaurant, local taco wagon, Family Dollar store, and Walgreen’s Pharmacy - pharmacy only. I paid $60 - definitely underpriced for this room. My only criticism - no grab bars in a handicap accessible bathroom.

For the most part, very clean, fresh and well lit. The inside door of the room needs to be cleaned and the plumbing on the bathroom sink was loose, but otherwise all good. (Room #12). It is what it is, for a budget motel, which is what I wanted traveling through, with my dogs, it was just fine and less expensive than just about everything else..
