We didn’t try the breakfast because we checked out earlier, but seemed good, the beds were comfy and the room was so clean, the parking so clean also. A lot of food options around which was good, the building is so pretty.

The price for the dog that we paid was a little overpriced, we paid $70 and we have been staying on another places with rates for dogs only for $20. When we booked the reservation said that was king bed and when we arrived to the place they didn’t have kings beds anymore, so I guess the website is not working well, I recommended you call after your booking for check that.

The front desk girl I was speaking to (daytime) was amazing I'd call with stupid questions and the girl gave my questions and concerns 110% We were there for a wedding and I paid for multiple rooms and the people were staggering back and of course the kids wanted to swim I talked to front desk since it was closing soon and asked if we could have a bit more time and she set it up for us don't know if she would be or someone else that would closing the pool but she was good to her word and gave us the extra 30 minutes. I've stayed Hyatt place before if there is one where we are travelling to that is always where I stay

It was amazing

The breakfast was delicious; I loved the variety of choices. So good! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was super convenient. My son and I were here for the Choices Day at JMU, so it was nice to be so close to campus.

The rooms seem a little noisy, as the walls seem a bit thin. We were able to easily hear noises in the hall, doors slamming, and people talking. We were on the 2nd floor, and I frequently heard people walking around upstairs. I realize that could be because the floors are not carpeted. It did not prevent me from sleeping soundly, though.

All the facilities were well taken care of and clean, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff are exceptional. Breakfast was always pretty good and clean with plenty of food and selections. Sitting areas are all top notch with plenty of seating and spread out enough to always feel reasonably semi-private and relaxing with amazing amenities such as fire places and pits, fountains and beautiful lighting.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool was lovely and warm, the elliptical machine in top condition. The dining room on the 4th floor had a great menu. The food was delicious. You could get draft beer, wine and food in the lobby and at the restaurant at reasonable prices. There were a number of nice, cosy common areas indoors and out with fireplaces, pillows, great art on the walls. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. They even had sourdough bread! It was clean and quiet and had everything one could want for a pleasant stay.

It really stands out compared to similar hotels in the area. The staff were nothing if not the friendliest hotel staff i’ve met, and that’s including the bar and restaurant staff. 10/10 will be coming back more often for getaways from home.

I wish the rooms did have balconies added to them. For some reason i was under the impression that our rooms would have a balcony and this was literally the ONLY disappointment we experienced. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was great and probably the nicest one we have stayed in for short stays. Pool and outdoor patio was great, We were able to see the pool from the fire pit so kids could swim and adults could relax. Breakfast was decent and it was easy to get in an out of. Facilities were clean and staff was really nice and helpful.

Nothing really only thing to note is when they say breakfast ends at 9:30 it truly ends at 9:30. By 9:35 everything was packed up an put away so get down early if you want breakfast.

Because the property has been open only ten months, everything was in very good condition. Our room had two queen beds, a nice couch, foot rest table, large screen TV, two large blinds, one translucent and one room darkening, long table under the TV to put suitcases on and do makeup, etc. The TV is set up with an option to play your subscriptions like Netflix from your phone. The bathroom was immaculate and supplied with plenty of towels for our two day stay. The included breakfast was very good. The fifth floor dining with windows overlooking the city was very good also.

A better sign showing the entrance would be good. Three hotel entrances are in a row. The main hotel sign is at an angle that’s hard to see from one direction. When you use the guide on the TV you lose sound and picture of what you are watching. if you exit you are still on the same channel.

This hotel was excellent, the staff was amazing! Nice friendly kind and incredibly interesting and amazing conversationist (if that is even a word). So many people have lost the ability, interest, in having a conversation with people—everyone we encountered where fantastic! From the overnight guy—when we checked in at 1am, to the 2 staff we spoke to the next day. They where open, friendly and kind. They where genuinely interested in what we had to say…amazing! The hotel was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fantastic!! Our family is keto and the foods for us was abundant and delicious!! No powdered eggs or cheap sausage! Wish the rest of our trip was a fantastic as this hotel!!!!

My husband and I really liked our spacious room and the floor to ceiling windows. We also liked the decor and the outside patio area.

I thought there could have been more variety with the breakfast buffet. It was pretty much the same all four days we ate there.
