Everyone was friendly. We were here before, so no big changes. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location has lots of places to eat and shop. Wish we were able to stay longer, were in town for a funeral, but love this area. Great that it is pet friendly.
Not much room to maneuver in room with the luggage carrier. Room felt tight especially for 4 people. Rooms are non smoking but people are allowed to smoke next to building doors. Need better breakfast choices, food offered was good but not much to choose from. We realize it could be due to shortages on products so realize it could be due to that. All the employees were friendly and helpful but it was disappointing we couldn't get a better room due to adult with walking issues. Closer to elevator would have been nice. I know it's not the hotels problem but people not cleaning up after their dog when there is clearly a nice area and poop bags if you don't have one is great. Area needs a clean up every so often, again realize it's not hotels fault.

I had booked my stay with Booking.com two months in advance! I booked 2 rooms-one for me and one for my brother and his wife-each for 2- nights stay. Wanted to split the cost of the bill, which I thought wouldn't be a problem. Still hoping the issue is resolved!

I stay at this location whenever I’m in town. The staff was pleasant, Covid precautions were everywhere they needed to be.The only thing I would suggest is if the pool is closed (which it was), you should be notified me! And no breakfast the day I left

I was not aware of the bag breakfast until my last morning. I ate at IHOP next door. I love the location of this Hampton Inn and will book again when in the area.

The room was tired looking. Peeling wall paper, carpet squares not installed properly, gaps in between. Sofa looked shabby. Well worn. At I would not sit on it.
