When we arrived to the hotel, there was plenty of parking space for us. We were warmly greeted by Raj. He was pleasant to speak with, and he made sure we had everything we needed. The next morning Raj was at the check-in/check-out desk and again we had a pleasant conversation with him. He made our stay so much better with his pleasant and kind personality. We need more people like him in this world. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We ventured out for a meal and enjoyed the quaint Diner right beside the hotel.

We got to breakfast a little later than planned and there were a few items that were not available at that time. However, we still had plenty of options to get a decent breakfast. It really wasn't anything that would cause us to give a bad review. The food we did have was hot and tasty.

Breakfast was nice. Beds, linens, pillows were awesome!!!! We slept so well!! Shower - water was nice & warm; good water pressure. Pool was nice. Grandson left a really nice (favorite) T-shirt in the pool room. Staff found it & saved it for us. Gave it when we inquired.

There was several loud banging or stomping below us. Was a little unnerving, but thankfully didn’t continue all night. I think it was other people staying there. Not motel staff fault.

So clean! I’ve never seen a more clean hotel, especially at this price point. I also liked how their continental breakfast include warm REAL food options and not just bagels and oranges. They also keep complimentary toiletries at the front desk- we forgot toothpaste and they gladly provided some!

A hot tub was pictured next to the indoor pool in the gallery of photos of the hotel, but when we arrived, the hot tub was gone :( it looks like it has been cemented over and is now just part of the surrounding patio of the pool. slight bummer.

We were only there for one night, arrived very late after a long drive, but was happy everything was seamless. Staff was nice and prompt upon entry. Everything was right with the room. It was clean and spacious for a large family. Pillows/blankets for the sleeper sofa were in the closet freshly wrapped in plastic which was a nice touch for sanitary linens! Provided peace of mind after a long day. Breakfast was good too.

The location is just off the highway so it's easy to find. The hotel is super clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is okay, scrambled eggs, sausage and french toast, make your pancakes. The coffee is really good. The pool looked very inviting, just didn't have the time to enjoy it.

You can hear the traffic however if you have the fan on (cool or heat) you won't hear it. Our room was at the front of the building. No restaurant withing walking distance but only 3 minutes by car.

I loved the hotel and the room - The staff made me feel welcome and at home right away, I LOVED the lobby, and the room was so clean! Everything was so neat and beautiful and comfortable, it was an overall amazing stay. Also a huge plus - the breakfast was really good for hotel breakfast, and there's a pool!!

Honestly, the one fault was that my room was directly facing a sign across the street, so it was a little bright in the room at night. But that's nitpicking - overall it was an amazing stay.

I was there two nights. We left our room around 7 am and came back at 5:30 PM. When we came back our door was ajar. We went in and all seemed in place. Apparently, the cleaning lady never latched our door. This did not impress me at all. I did report it to the young lady at the desk. She commented that she had noticed it when she walked the halls but assumed we were in the room. DON"T ASSUME! Otherwise we would have given this place a top rating.

The hotel was conveniently located right off I-81. Due to a last-minute booking in person, the room we booked was no longer available, so an upgrade was provided at no extra charge. Coffee in the lobby started brewing at 4am and hot breakfast served starting at 6am. The pool hours were the best I've encountered and were from 6am-12 midnight. I would love to stay here again.

Awesome. Super nice staff. Fresh thick clean towels. Nice large room. Quiet area. Truck stop next door. Gas station located in front for snacks or drinks within walking distance. Best part easy access on and off interstate. Just up ramp straight across hotel in left

I liked the ease of checking in and out for the hotel, it's location and ease of getting back on I-81. Since the elevator was not working and I could not walk up the stairs, the desk clerk gave me another room on the first floor without hassle and delay. That action made me very happy. I will stay again at this hotel location.
