Next door to Cracker Barrel. Convenient to major area highways. Good parking. Clean & comfortable. Great hot breakfast - eggs & sausage plus the regular bagels, etc. Good internet & TV. Great shower. Refrigerator in room (no freezer.)

No microwave or coffee maker in room. (Maybe a cleaning choice?) Room was small for the price, and the decor was ultra basic & simple... like dorm furnishings.

It was easy to find. I showed up a day early and there were no more rooms available for that night. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful in pointing me to another place that could be helpful in finding a place for the night. There was a baseball tournament in town and all (but the one I found) in the area were booked. When I returned the next day for my originally scheduled reservation,the same receptionist remembered me and called me by name before I even said anything. The room itself was very modern,clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was everything you would expect. Delicious,hot,well seasoned. The coffee was super hot.

I really can not think of anything I didn't like. Except for maybe my cheapskate self would have liked the price to be less, but it is very comparable to everywhere else.

The automated pancake maker was something new I've never seen before. Hot Breakfast had many options, and even though a few items were out (sausages, eggs) the kitchen staff promptly brought refills out. The room was nice and clean, large smart TV, large spacious bathroom. Flooring is either LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) or something similar, so it's great for allergy sufferers -no carpets to worry about. We stayed one night on a short day trip to Massanutten Ski Resort during college spring break March 2022.

The room was great but the pillows were not comfy at all. They looked like they were plump and would provide support, but as soon as you laid down your head it was flat as a pancake. I woke up several times in the night trying to re-plump up the pillow for more support. but it was almost better to not use the pillows.

I felt felt the breakfast was satisfying. Would have likes a muffin which I'm partial to or some other kind of pastry. I have to nsay everything was laid out nicely and I t looked very clean.

I was disappointed that I could not use my AAA travel card for a discount. I was told because I did not book directly with the hotel I could not use it. The thing is, I like talking to a person as I'm older and not as tech savvy as some of these younger people. I was forced to book on line. When I called the hotel I was told in so many words that they were busy and to do in on line. Those were not the exact words but I could not use AAA travel card because of that. Very ungair.

Convenient location. Funky design that is fun and refreshing in a world of so many generic hotels. Not a huge fan of the lack of "drawers" to put anything in in your room, but for one night that's not an issue. Nice, big TV with a welcome message. I had hoped breakfast would be a bit "funky" as well and offer something unique, but it was the standard offerings of hotels in this price range (and tasted just fine). Staff was efficient though not particularly friendly.

The location was perfect! We had traveled nearly 10 hours, and it was a great place to stop to sleep right off of the highway. Plus it had parking for trailers. Our trailer is 25ft and we were able to fit in the parking lot with no issues. There was also a Cracker Barrell right next door so we didn't have to drive anywhere for dinner. The staff was wonderful and very welcoming. The room was great, the bathroom was great, everything was great :-)

We asked for an extra comforter when we arrived as my husband and I like to bundle up in our blankets, but we got a small blanket. I'm not sure if it was a misunderstanding or if that's what they normally provide. Maybe they can provide an extra comforter, especially for the colder months?

the hallway outside my room 103 was dirty with stuff and paper on the carpet. no one came to clean it up. your employee walked to the pantry and never bothered to pick up a paper laying in the floor next to her. one table at the breakfast area was broke and wobbling. Breakfast options were very lame. eggs were tasteless sausages were greasy!.

first time to this brand. in general it’s on the cleaner side, I like non carpet floors, looks much cleaner. I would even give them a 10 clean rating if the edge of shower pink thing is cleaned off. bed is comfortable. but hotel is on the cheaper kind so insulation isn’t good, you hear outside traffic and slamming doors in the hallway. I was able to fall asleep after 2 hours hiking during the day. you pay what you get as long as it’s clean I may try this brand again.

WiFi sucks. shower door edge should clean better. insulation isn’t good.

Clean, Friendly staff, very modern. Loved the shower in the bathroom. Great Bed and bedding. Restaurant an easy walk from the hotel.

The person checking me in was in training. I understand that mistakes can happen. Apparently, he booked our room twice. It was taken care of quickly and efficiently. This was the only reason I didn't give the rating a 10.

We stayed here one night only on our way to another destination. The front desk staff was fabulous! Super friendly even though she was visibly maxed out as evidenced by the phone ringing off the hook while she was trying to check us in. The lobby was packed with people and we had her complete focus. Also, very convenient there is a Cracker Barrel literally on the integer side of the parking lot. The hotel is right off the highway and has plenty of parking which is super important when you’re pulling a trailer and need to get back on the highway in the morning. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. What more could you ask for?

Hubby was miffed they did supply soap for the shower.
