Great location. Easy access to 267. Has a parking deck. Nice lobby. Well designed rooms. Comfortable beds. Perfect for 2 people to work since there’s a desk for one person and a comfortable upholstered chair for the other, with a portable table that slides under the chair making it easy to use a computer up close.

Hard to figure out where to drive to in order to check in. No place for visitors to park since the front lot is for Sheraton. Where is the Westin lot? if visitors go to the deck, they’ll see the sign that says $12 per day for Westin guests. Visitors wouldn’t want to do that.

Beautiful hotel! We absolutely loved our stay. We stayed here to work on a book, and so we spent long hours in a lovely lobby that had plenty of comfortable seating and even a fireplace. The staff was friendly and never made us feel out of place. They even upgraded us to the extra large workout suite with a peloton! It was also walking distance to some restaurants that were fantastic. Don't miss the Asian fusion place!

We would have enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant but it was significantly overpriced so we had to go elsewhere.

Front desk was quick to accommodate us for their mistake of misinforming us of our charges for our stay. The hotel was very clean, room and facilities were clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Pet friendly and location was central to many restaurants and stores.

Was told our card would be charged one amount and it was charged $200 more than, and of course, we must wait several days to get that back. No microwave in the room. Only one microwave for the entire hotel to share on the first floor. Had to go down to warm up all of our food and made midnight snacks unappealing. Would be very difficult to manage with babies or kids. Buffet breakfast was just ok, cold and pancakes were hard.

The staff of the Westin Reston Heights made a big difference to me during a very difficult time. My mother is deathly ill, so I flew into town. As it turned out, unlike the last time I stayed here, the room I booked didn't include the breakfast. So, the first of my three mornings, I just ate some snacks I had brought with me, and went to my mom's place, which was fine. When I returned, many hours later, there was an envelope that had been put under the door with breakfast vouchers for the next two mornings! When I had checked with the front desk, I had been told that this time I hadn't gotten the room with the breakfast included. But the staff member, who had heard me speak of my mother, took it upon himself to give me these vouchers for free, and given the overall state of mind I was in, that made a really big difference to how I was feeling. Good for him for paying attention, and for treating an emotionally wrought customer with an act of pure kindness.

Gluten free bread or muffins or something with breakfast.

Very comfortable 4* hotel where services and the hotel itself justified the price. Unlike so many other hotels in the US Westin Reston Heights is actually well built and properly sound insulated so you are not bothered by noise from outside despite being in rather busy area. Check-in was effortless, no waiting and the staff was helpful. Generally the hotel looks new and well maintained. Very recommended if you need a comfortable place to stay in the area.

AC unit in the room was producing more noise than cold. Only a few parking spaces are available around the hotel so guests might have to park in a nearby multilevel parking building instead.

Very friendly staff, Hotel and room in very good condition and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was of good quality. Pool and fitness room well equipped. Extra bed for our child and early check in were provided within minutes and free of charge. THX! Walk to the Metrorail in less then 15 minutes.

Parking is not anymore for free, will be charged now with 12$/night.

Stuff (Manager on reception, Sergey) was super friendly and made our check-in amazing and warm. After 14 hours of drive from Chicago, it was so perfect! Create our mood for the rest of the stay in the hotel.

The hidden fee was an unpleasant surprise, we had to pay for a puppy an extra $50 and as well for extra breakfast fee for kids. However, Sergey (Manager on reception) was so good and professional, he removed pet fee and did everything to make our stay pleasant. Thank you!

Clean pool/jacuzzi, fast room service, check in super easy and fast and checked in early, nice firm bed

Only one microwave located in the lobby snack shop, preferred in room especially when u have the space to do so(idk why hotels have stopped doing this, most people want a fridge and microwave)

The breakfast buffet was varied and enormous! The staff worked diligently to keep the food resupplied and cleared tables efficiently and often. A pretty location for dining and ultra-convenient.

Someone forgot to empty the room refrigerator of its leftover food from the last occupants. We reminded the desk and still had to empty it ourselves 12 hours later. not so great!

Hotel was great, staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and did a wonderful job.

It could have been a mistake, but had a cleaning staff almost walk in are room while sleeping. Heard the door opening and they realized that someone was their before they came all the way in. Maybe have a do not disturb sign available. But it happens but it was not the way to wake up after a long drive.
