Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport

We love the Embassy suites chain! This is one of the nicer ones we have stayed in, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious, especially the French toast, and they gave us a free 1hr late checkout.

We were disappointed that they were renovating the pool area and everything was closed, and I had selected the property for those amenities. There was no indication throughout the whole booking process that those facilities would be unavailable for our entire five day stay.

Everything. I booked 2 king bed suites. Excellent features include - Ample car parking spots, friendly reception, excellent ambiance, neat and clean floors and elevators, spacious rooms, fridge and mwave oven in the room, neat bathroom and toilet, comfy sofa, comfy bed, 2 TVs (very useful when you are with kids), big enough indoor swimming pool and hot tub and above all was the Breakfast area with a 5-Star restaurant like experience. I have stayed in a dozen different hotels but have never got this Best Breakfast anywhere else. Finally, if you plan for DC tour then this hotel is best place to stay because it is near to the Weihle-Reston train station where you can board Silverline trains to Smithsonian stop. It will be around 45min-60min ride for mere $4 two ways ticket. Another best thing is the free covered car parking in the train station on the Weekends.

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Location, environment, room, parking, everything was outstanding and perfect.

At the reception the time I was checking in, 1 man and lady, both were continuously talking loudly in Spanish language and the man, who was completing my process, was more concerned in talking instead of completing my process and even when I showed my discomfort with this, they didn’t bother about it and finally I had to ask him if he can finish my process and then both showed a very mocking gesture and I just left the counter without saying anything.

Very good all-round hotel for our family traveling with dog. Nice to have the indoor pool and spa, though these were being treated and not usable part of our stay. Great location for a short walk to restaurants and shops, and parks to walk the dog and let kids play. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, clean room.

Rooms are dark and could be updated.

I enjoyed the stay the hotel! The breakfast and the room were excellent and we took an opportunity to swim in the pool which was also very good. The staff was friendly and helpful, but some times we had to wait for them at the reception desk. Very close to the airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

I wish there would be not so cold in the eating area but this is an issue of the personal preferences

Beautiful property with glass elevators, live plants everywhere, very clean and well kept. Pool area is good - lifeguard on duty with a outdoor patio attached. The breakfast was phenomenal. There was a male employee cooking made to order food - omelets, etc. he was awesome. There was a lot of options - French toast, bacon, omelet station, oatmeal station, awesome. Both employees working the breakfast were working very hard and were very kind and friendly. Our room was very nice - very clean and well kept. We would absolutely stay there over and over again.

No vending machines - only a small convenience shop by lobby that was pricy.

The location is perfect for travelers going through Washington Dulles. The surrounding area has good restaurants in the Herndon area. The free breakfast and Manager's Happy Hour are nice amenities.

The room had a faint smell. Not sure what it was from.

The best hotel breakfast we have ever had, and it wasn't close. Can't beat fresh, made-to-order omelettes and hot breakfast items. Rooms were the perfect amount of space for families. We also loved the evening reception.

Temperature in pool and gym was colder than I would've liked. Also a bummer that the hot tub/whirpool was closed but figured that was due to COVID restrictions. We were happy to enjoy the pool!

The entire stay was exceptional. I loved the hospitality, the cookies, free drinks, the comfortable bed, the layout of the room, the openness of the atrium , etc.

I thought the pool hours could have been longer. I was hoping for a quick swim before work. No big deal.

Thae fact that I left my prescription glasses in the room and I was not able to recover them. Please let me know if they happened to show up in the lost and found. I would really appreciate that.
