Great place, nice staff, rooms are clean and there were no obvious signs of bugs. The breakfast was pretty good too.
The activity the hotel took on my card was overkill. Daily authorizations of over 1k seems extreme and unnecessary. The authorizations also take 1-3 business days to drop off. Seems completely unnecessary, they should've just charged my card once for the full amount (plus any security fees) and left it at that. Not run up my credit card several thousands of dollars. I had the money... but what if I didn't?!

The location was excellent right off highway. Breakfast was really nice with great selection. We were close to everything the mall food, and entertainment.
Would have gave a 10, but the bathroom was small. Clean but very small and room phone didn't work and weak wifi signal.

Toilet issues when we first arrived it disappeared the next morning. the toilet was flushing itself and expelling an odor. I was going to report it but the issue was gone the next morning. I don’t like the streaming TV. I just want to turn TV on and have the ability to scroll the channels

I travelled from Germany to visit my brother in Richmond. I liked everything. The size of the room was great and it was exceptionally clean. I felt very safe during this COVID 19 crisis and the facility followed all COVID 19 rules and guidelines. The location was right off the highway and very close to where I had to go (visiting family). The parking was great, I was able to park my car almost right by my room window.
I cannot think of anything I did not like.
