We had an extended stay at this great hotel. It was family friendly with a great hot breakfast each morning. The staff was quick to help with anything that we needed. The first night we stayed there were charter buses filled with teenagers and we would have never even known it had I not seen them. It was very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are considering it! 5 stars for sure!

There is nothing negative to say about this place!

Breakfast was good. Hot and cold food, lots of coffee, tea, juices, etc. Check in was easy and hotel staff helpful as I had a delivery sent to them and they accepted it and held on to it for me. The kitchenette had some basic dishes and utensils which was very handy.

Sofa bed was a bid uncomfortable. Mattess was thin and was a bit difficult to sleep on. The sofa in general seemed a bit worn out.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel stay. The room we had was spacious, clean, had everything we needed: great black out curtains, some nice storage areas, kitchenette (which I didn't need, but would be great for a longer stay), great shower and bath supplies, and it was very quiet. The best thing, though, was the fabulous king size bed. After traveling for over 6 months, it was the most comfortable bed - supportive yet soft - and came with 4 awesome pillows. I was so appreciative of the quality of the sheets too - super soft and not scratchy. This was so helpful for a good night's sleep with jet lag. Also, the breakfast was really good, with a nice variety of items. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional.

I would love if the windows in the rooms could be opened just a bit more; but I don't know if that's possible. A bit of street and yard tool noise in the morning; but I'm not sure if that's controllable. Overall great stay!

Room was big, clean and comfy. Staff was very pleasant. Shuttle service very convenient and so is the convenient store close by. The swimming pool looked nice, but that's not the reason to choose this hotel. Overall, would stay there again if need be.

The breakfast was OK (at best), and we didn't expect much, but the coffee was disappointing.

I stayed here for almost a month, it was a great stay over all. My room was spacious and clean, housekeeping took the trash out daily. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, and every morning the free breakfast was great. I really recommend this hotel for anyone looking for extended stays the staff and location provides for a combination that never made me feel uncomfortable even while traveling alone. Thank you Hyatt house for the great stay!

All staff was wonderful. Very helpful and kind. Room was clean and comfortable. Right next to a Sheetz which is also great. Area felt safe. Breakfast was good and well stocked.

Don't put water in the room if you're gonna charge almost $10 if we drink it. I used to work at a resort, and I have never agreed with that.

The hotel was amazing, and breakfast was far beyond what we expected!

The early morning person checking us out was not friendly at all. He just seemed irritated and bothered. The rest of the staff was very very nice and accommodating.

Lovely rooms. Great breakfast.

They didn’t open the pool on an overcast drizzly day (no thunder or lightning), kids would have easily swam in that weather and we were disappointed. TV system needed to be reset. No engineer to help the evening we needed to watch something. They have us a number to call which was very unhelpful and frustrating.

Spacious, clean, and modern room. Comfy bed. Huge fridge, sink, and cooktop were a nice bonus - especially if staying more than a couple days. You can also stream shows right onto the TV with an easy built-in chromecast setup, which was great. And there is a Sheetz next door for odds and ends.

Breakfast was a very average hot breakfast. Not bad, but nothing special (I mean, it's free so...)

The property is close to Dulles Airport and also close to stores where you can get items that you need.

cleaning time is not daily, so your waste bin is left for 2 days before it cleared, except you clear it yourself to ease comfort in your room.
