Comfort Inn & Suites Airport Dulles-Gateway

I liked the size of the room and the breakfast provided. The staff was nice. The bed was comfortable.

The room could have been cleaned better. I found a dirty tissue paper on the floor and an empty box of condoms next to the window .gross Although masks were mandated in public spaces, the rule wasn't enforced and guests were coughing in the dining area and I felt like staff didn't care Also the driver who picked me up at the airport didn't use a mask either which was weird considering the hotel made a big deal about staff using masks.

The staffs were professional,courteous and always ready to assist. I was here in 2019 and actually complained of the services. My stay this time around was a major departure from 2019 experience. I will definitely be here again next year

How I wish your airport shuttle service is able to extend the shuttle to BWI Baltimore airport

This property is an excellent value and includes an airport shuttle to Dulles Airport (IAD) between the hours of 7:00am-10:00pm (I believe). It was very comfortable and clean with excellent staff and a hearty breakfast that included scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals and a waffle maker.

Able to park car there for 2 weeks.

The shuttle to pick up from the airport ended at 10PM yet we had been told by the driver before that the service was around the clock. We called at 10 pm and they wouldn't come to get us. A taxi cost $20. We made a stink with the night manager and in the morning after more threats to complain on their web site, they gave us $20 cash.

The property was near Dulles, it served its purpose for our next day flight. Staff was helpful. Great Indian restaurant near by!

A little difficult to find, it’s located in a Strip Mall with other hotels. I’m a Senior so it may not be as diffuse to find if you are proficient with the iPhone

I truly enjoyed my stay here. I loved the comfy, clean room and just perfect. The shuttle from the airport was great and came frequently. The staff were very accommodating, professional, friendly and helpful.

Close proximity to the airport and restaurants.

Long wait for shuttle pick up. Shuttle not convenient for early morning drop off if you have an early morning flight. You’ll have to Uber, Lyft or take a cab. Room had a musty smell on entrance.

room was spacious; the microwave in the room came in handy; breakfast had options.

The room was Huge and very clean and the customer service at check in was wonderful with their smiles and excellent service.

Parking was a little difficult

Nice room. Large size.. Parked my car there for 2 weeks. Everything was fimne. greatrate.

Breakfast was okay but the cleaning tieam vacummed while we ere eating--distracting.
