The location was great, just around the corner from my brother, who we were visiting. The hotel was lovely and clean and modern as it is so new. Breakfast was good.

The check-in was awful. She couldn't see our booking. We had just stayed in the Chicago Fairfield and had the same problem with my name, which they sorted straight away. However, at Virginia Beach, she insisted she couldn't see my booking. Although she could see my email and my booking.com booking. Eventually, she realised it was me. Not a good start. However, we did have a great stay after the check-in.

I loved the staff! They were PHENOMENAL!!! They were courteous, friendly, willing to help, and most of all they acted liked they loved their job. Everyone I encountered was great from Taye, to the cleaning lady across the hall who assisted me, they were great. But let me tell you about VERONICA. SHE SINGLE HANDEDLY made me a fan of this hotel. This woman checked me in, multitasked, had conversation with me and small talk and helped two other people all without making me feel like I wasn’t her number one priority. She’s the jewel of this hotel and whatever y’all paying her it’s not enough. DON’T EvER let this woman go. I can’t say enough good things about her.

I loved the beds, It literally made me never want to get up. The TV was huge too, great size. Bathrooms were beautiful and the water pressure is great. Overall the rooms were beautiful and great for a couple or family trip. Not far from the beach or any store/fast foods. The manager we believe was super generous and allowed us to stay even though we were unaware of a certain policy.

One of the front ladies were giving a tone, we didn’t feel greeted with a warm well room. You can hear doors slam around u.

It was close to everything, down the street from the mall and Walmart and wegmans, close to downtown, 20 min drive to the beach. Was in a nice secluded area so it wasn’t a lot of onflowing traffic

I don’t have any complaints, only thing is that when it’s raining and you park in the parking garage, there’s no overhang for you to walk from the garage to the building so you’re gonna get a little wet. Main parking lot is small, probably fits 15 cars.

The property was very clean and the layout. it was in a great location with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The hotel breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful and inviting. It is a new hotel and with time I hope it doesn’t change.

The hotel didn’t have great sound insulation. I could hear yelling, music, slamming doors, noises from outside and people walking above me.

Exceptional facilities from the moment you walked in including our room. I understand this is a new build from April of this year. The indoors and outdoors property was exceptional. Really close to our conference center and everything that you needed was right there from restaurants to shopping centers and night life. I love the personalization as you can see on the TV and the willingness of the hotel staff to help you with whatever you need.

The had great staff and their breakfast options was amazing ! The manager was friendly and walked around offering to pickup the trash from guests .

There was one staff member who was rude to my husband regarding the policy for the snacks area. She really was not professional. I wish I knew her name to fully report her because she needs additional customer service and hospitality training.

I like the place being so clean. I feel comfortable in our room. The breakfast is great, too.

I didn't like how the receptionist and her manager dealt with our concerns during our visit. They were kinda rude and no courtesy. Customers should have given some considerations especially when they came all the way from other States and traveled for hours.

The breakfast was good. Of course, it still suffers from all the COVID precautions that are still being used with food packaging and no fresh food cooked on spot. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable which really benefited my family during our travels. We would stay here again.
