Red Roof Inn Virginia Beach

The room was clean, the washrooms were clean. Bed was really comfy. The bedsheets and linen was new and fresh. we read alot of reviews related to roaches and Bed Bugs, but we didnt found any of these issues rather found it good :)

We booked 2 rooms, one room perfect but the other one wasnt. The problem with that room was the door lock was kinda loose, although there was no way to open it from outside with the card but we found it hard to open it with card as well. Plus the deadlock was broken, so we cant lock it from inside. They should increase the facilities, like microwave and fridge. Which was missing

The staff was extremely helpful and nice! The room had nice LED lights and the beds are comfortable. We could not use the dresser bc the drawers were broken.The rest of the room was very outdated and had 3 different styles of flooring.if updated, be nice 👍

Nothing really! It was a good weekend for us.

The only negative about the stay is how hard getting a late check out to noon was 15 mins prior to checkout we were being asked if leaving and then would proceed to almost push us out the door. Wasnt even asked if we needed an extra 10 minutes or would be willing to pay late check out. I just found it unsettling that we were basically pushed out and give spent thousands of dollars at this hotel just in the past 3 years.

The location was great. Pretty much in the center of everywhere we needed to go. The clerk that checked us in was definitely on it! He took care of us.

The mattress was the only thing I can even say was trouble. Several of us are well over 250lbs so we could feel every spring. That's hardly your fault, we look forward to the next time there

We were traveling to VA Beach to adopt a dog for my daughter. The staff was very friendly to us. Our room was clean, our new dog was accepted there. We plan to return with our new friend when we come to visit VA Beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was really relaxing and other guests at the location were very friendly it was easy to get to other places and the staff were professional and friendly. I’d visit again.

The bathroom wasn’t the best but I made it work

I had to have my room switched . The first room wasn’t clean . The second room was not what we had booked. The 3rd room is the room we were in until we checked out.

The stay was great and price was great for us

We needed more towels. We had two bath towel and two wash cloths for three adults. Pillows was thin and only two per bed. With bad back needed Xtra pillows. Nothing else

It was clean and smelled clean. Not updated, but it was a good room and a nice stay. Refrigerator and refrigerator was great. I would recommend this to someone else.

Locks worked but not the extra security arm. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but not bad. Some of the outlets on the power strip didn't work.

Everything was great with this hotel. Front desk staff is amazing and so helpful. Love the pool and a great price for the room.

I dont have anything to complain about. Maybe just too much noise outside the rooms, but its summer and that's to be expected.
