The room was very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome, delicious and there was a lot of variety of food. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel and did recommend it to my friends. I have asked for fresh towels, trash to be removed and to fresh up the room a bit and they did an entire housekeeping of the room with a very short notice. I was very pleased and impressed as I saw how much work they had and they did it all with a smile!!!

Had to request a different room. The first room we were given had a door that wouldn't lock without slamming it - which we were told to do, to make it work. After repeated slamming trying to make it catch, the guest next to me came out angrily wondering what the heck was going on. I told him I was only doing what I was told to do. I reported that their solution was unacceptable and they gave me another room - which was great, and smelled better anyway.

The air conditioning unit wasn't intuitive. Didn't seem to work properly or respond properly to the settings. Road construction in the area was so atrocious it was extremely difficult to get around.

When I went to get a breakfast 15 minutes prior to closing, waffle mix and butter ran out of it. I wish they would make sure to make plenty breakfast for people even if it is closed to closing.

Loved the staff here, if we needed anything they were happy to help! Rooms were clean, smelled pleasant and they had on the go breakfast which was a nice touch seeing as most places stopped serving breakfast due to covid.
