only stayed a night to see a comedy show at the funny bone, super close walk and even closer drive!! I usually don’t write reviews but I really feel like i need to! We had the cleanest room!! i’m usually a complete clean freak when it comes to staying in hotels (rewashing bedding, disinfecting surfaces etc) but i have to say i was blown away when i walked into my room and could smell how clean it was! no dust or grime (and believe me i looked) you can smell the detergent on the *freshly ironed* sheets! I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and a few Hilton Garden inn franchises, and though i was only here for a night the lovely staff (s/o Deepa!!) and room exceeded all expectations!

I stayed on the 6th floor and was unable to connect to wifi during my stay. the toilet paper the bathroom room wasn’t changed prior to my arrival. free parking is available but scarce (ended up having to park in the towne bank parking lot attached to the hotel and got a “ticket”/ note from management). But over all it was an immensely enjoyable stay! We’ll definitely be back next year !

Staff were friendly and efficient. Property was well cared for, clean and comfortable. Parking was provided in the parking garage across the street, and was easily accessible. There are many choices of restaurants within walking distance.

The only thing I needed and couldn’t find in the room was a hairdryer. I’m sure if I asked they would have provided one for me, but we were there only one nigh and I didn’t realize there wasn’t one until I was stepping out of the shower 😉

Everything was great but I really have to shout out Ms. Qubanic at the front desk! She was very professional and a joy to talk with! We were celebrating our son’s birthday during our stay and purchased toys. Ms. Qubanic allowed us to use their scissors and assisted with the leftover boxes and tags. While struggling opening the toys, she related to me talking about her nephew. That was really endearing and beautiful to hear. I enjoyed her presence and conversation very much. Big thank you to you, young lady! And thank you to the custodial staff for giving us extra trash bags! We needed them! As for the hotel, itself, everything was in walking distance. Restaurants, shopping centers and stores, and the Apex Entertainment center was AMAZING! If we had noticed it was just a 10 minute walk from us earlier, we would have did just that! The hotel is about a 20 minute drive to the beach and aquarium. I would highly recommend this hotel again to friends and family. The location is more convenient and peaceful than finding a place out directly at the beach. No tires screeching, no loud music, the pool was empty most of our time here too. Our experience was wonderful!

Only thing I’d suggest is having bigger trash cans within rooms containing multiple guests. Thankfully, they provided us with more trash bags but it became cluttered in our room.

I live locally and had to find something as close as possible to stay while my home wasn’t livable AND that could take my cat Not only was it everything I need, but I could not find a place that accepted my cat! Even places that advertised “small pets accepted” would only take dogs. thank you! all said, you’ve made a stressful time that much less stressful

Not really anything- in a perfect world everything ( including adding a night last minute) was great!! I check out tomorrow morning , but don’t anticipate any problems.

I like the location and it was clean.

I didn't like the fact that check in time was delayed. When we arrived, it was after 4:00pm and we were not able to get checked in until after 5:00 pm. It delayed me from being on time to a Christmas party. I was late for my reservation for Christmas function, due to the room not being ready for check in. Also, I didn't like that it did not have sufficient parking on the premises.

Great location, walking distance of lots of restaurants and stores. Also, it's very easy to go to the beaches from the hotel, 15 min to Chesapeake Beach, 35 min to Sandbridge Beach, and 20 min to Virginia Beach-boardwalk. The room was clean, with very comfortable beds. The swimming pool is very small, indoors, but we were lucky that never had more than one family at the time. The free parking lot is on the 3rd floor, north side, of the public parking garage across the street.

The location of this Hotel is perfect! We were in VA because of an event that was at the convention center. We chose not to stay near the beach because of all the restaurants and shops that are either walking distance from this hotel or minutes away by car. Unfortunately, it was a short stay for us but we were able to walk to one of the many restaurants across the street from the hotel to grab a bite to eat. It took us only 12 minutes to get to the convention center from the hotel so we weren't far from our destination. The rooms were neat and clean. We needed a light bulb for one of our lamps and maintenance came right away. We enjoyed our stay!

I'm not a complaining and the room I was in was a bit noisey because close to highway.However the next door occupants were loud as well. The drip in the bath tub kept me up a bit. Some Hiltons I stay give complimentary breakfast for awards members.

I liked the location of the property, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness.

The breakfast was included in the right of the room. which was pretty high for a weekend, they could have done way better quality breakfast! Saturday morning my French toast looked like my 8yr old made it, & my husband’s made to order omelet was completely wrong. The only thing right was cheese and 3 eggs. Sunday was better still wrong but still for $330-$420 a night you’d think that breakfast order would be at least right.

Staff was amazing and they kept fruit infused water, coffee and tea which was very nice. The lobby was a nice hang out area and everyone was so friendly. Love that we could have pets.

Had to park across the street in garage on 5th floor which was annoying because there were plenty spots at the hotel but weren't for the hotel. There was not much of an area to walk the dogs.
