The staff at the adjoining restaurant was very friendly, and there are delicious and varied breakfast options. There is a little sundry shop that has all the stuff you may have forgotten or need more of. The beds were comfortable, the balcony was nice, and the curtains did a great job of keeping out the morning sun

We were there for 4 days. On the 2nd day our room didn't get serviced, BUT we don't really care, we just wanted the complimentary bottle of water. So the Mrs. asked the housekeeper and she have us two. We probably could have called down and gotten the room clean. I just mention it in case you care about that kind of thing

The hotel has been nicely refurbished and appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful- allowed a delayed checkout for me to attend a zoom call. When lobby coffee was out, receptionist brought me a cup of coffee from the hotel restaurant. The Shrimp restaurant had very good breakfast. The nicest feature for those staying on the 2nd and 3rd floors is that the parking garage exit is directly adjacent to the hallway with room entrances- car was as close as walking to the elevator. Others complained about lot being tight- yes, but not that bad when arriving early. I prolonged my stay by 1 day. Loved Eddies Seafood on the pier for breakfast and one dinner.

AC unit is extremely loud and the toilets (mine and the nearby rooms) flushed like a cannon going off. Rooms are on the small side- especially with 2 double beds. Need to close room door tightly- check to ensure it actually is locked.

Our room was great....comfortable bed and pillows. It was great enjoying a morning coffee and beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. The location was perfect, right on the boardwalk. The restaurant served great breakfasts, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I would have liked a comfortable chair to sit on. The front desk manager offered to get a chair from the banquet hall but that wouldn't have been suitable. There was a lot of renovating happening on our floor which tended to slow the elevators some. Every worker we encountered was apologetic and considerate, however.

Their restaurant was not good. Staff never smiled...literally....all seemed in a bad mood and didnt want to be there. A new bartender was nice and the hostess. Other than that staff seemed demoralized. Long wait for food and even a mimosa. First time ever i left eggs benedict on my plate. Was horrible tasting. Our friend got the combo plate, and they gave the pancake to another customer. Even told us that. I knew it would be bad when we got there and another customer left saying good luck! In fairness they did not charge for the combo breakfast so they tried to make it better but really, how do you forget a pancake? Go to Sunny Cafe instead for a great breakfast. You can walk to it from the Hotel.

The Staff were pleasant and helpful. Ocean front was perfect with easy access to the activities and beach. Grateful for housekeeping coming to freshen the room and provided extra wash clothes and linen per request.

The room did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned such as the bath tub. I did have to request that it be cleaned again prior to use. The phone was dusty as well as the desk and table area. Once pointed-out it was quickly corrected.

The rooms were clean and well maintained . The location was great. The hotel is oceanfront with quick access to the beach, boardwalk and strip. The restaurant in the hotel was also very good. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. No complaints.

The restaurant service is very slow. You have to have patient. I would not eat there if you are in a hurry. The food is really good though. I ate there several times and it was consistently good.

Staff extremely friendly, all of them and extremely helpful with any questions. Always a smile on their faces. Rooms spacious, beds and especially pillows heavenly. A big bonus: microwave, coffeemaker and fridge in room. Balcony with view of Atlantic great, always watched the sunrises. The whole hotel super clean.

The only tiny thing we did not like: the very small vanity area, you really were not able to leave any items out, everything had to be put away in the morning and evening.

The location was fantastic. All of the guest rooms face the ocean and each have private balconies. I appreciated that there was no smoking allowed on the balconies. I opted for the included breakfast which was nice. We recieved a little voucher for the restaurant in the hotel and it was freshly made when we ordered. The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating.

The water pressure for the shower was almost non-existent, but I've come to expect that from most hotels. There is a souvenir shop in the hotel where the shopkeep burns incense that has a strong scent. It wafted into the restaurant across the corridor while we were having breakfast and gave me a headache.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was convenient to dining, shopping, beach, parking. The ease of coming and going was very appreciated. The atmosphere of the hotel was so warm and inviting. The access to coffee in the mornings, and the sitting areas, televisions, and computers in the lobby were enjoyed by the entire family. The pool was warm and clean, and easy to access. The staff was friendly and acccessible. The view was spectacular!

There were only a few minor things that could have added to our experience. For example: "The Pantry" or the Convenience Store in the hotel lobby- seemed to be overpriced, and would have been better if there was more variety of food items, especially fruit and vegetable options and other breakfast and lunch foods; the restaurants on property- more fruit and vegetable options with entrees; the room- place to hang towels and beachwear to dry, table or shelf in the bathroom.

Clean. Close to the ocean. 2 good restaurants in the property.

You really should have an ice machine on each floor. Having to get on an elevator to ride to another floor to get ice was a little inconvenient. It may not seem like a big thing but waiting on an elevator, riding to another floor, getting off the elevator, filling up on ice, waiting on another elevator to head back to my room.
