The front desk was amazing! So friendly and helpful! Rooms were fine. Beach views. Nice part of the beach. Only took a couple minutes to walk to our dolphin tour. Pillows are nice.

The pool is public. More like a club pool party vibes. Super cool. Totally ok with it. Pre family I would have been cloud 9. Security asked my kid for his ID to get in. Toilet seat was broken but I mean still worked. Tile floors so just had to be careful when you are walking to not fall. The microwave cord is not actually long enough to plug in. So that needs to be moved towards to outlet in order to use it.

The room was perfect, first floor level right on the boardwalk. And the food location are just walks away up and down the boardwalk, or minutes drive away. Best room I ever had on a beach vacation.

The hotel and room needs more cosmetics work done, the room interior fixtures are new ,but the walls and ceiling needs more work and not have the look of a patch job. The advertisement said free parking, that is not true. $10 a day. All the patio and balcony doors needs attention, loud creek when closing, you can hear this through out the building. Staff needs training in customer service.

We loved the location. Everything that we needed or wanted was just a short walk away. It was clean and comfortable and the view was fantastic. We will be back.

Our room was nice and clean but didn't like the 6th floor. Not good when you want to sit on the balcony but are afraid of heights. Also loved the pool area but didn't like that other people could just walk in off the street and hang out at the pool. The DJ was good but it was too loud, when you can't even hear what the reception is telling you do too the music at the pool.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The hotel was clean and did not have any strange smells as some hotels do. Would like to come back and get a Oceanfront room on the higher floor next time. We got put on the first floor this time

The parking for this property is across the street and it is not policed properly. People park there and go to the beach. It is hard to find a parking place. I had to ride around the parking deck which is only one level and wait for 10 minutes before somebody came out and left out of a parking spot that I could park in.

We liked the location and the free breakfast, the only dissapointment was the Chicken sausage. The attendant said everyone doesn't eat pork. But, everyone doesn't eat chicken or turkey sausage either. I think they should have a variety.

Our room was good, the only problem was the toilet kept running. I told the front desk and they were willing to move us to a different room, but we just dealt with it because I didn't want to repack and move. We were there for 4 days. And, we could stop the running by giggling the handle, but you shouldn't have to do that in a hotel. The hotel could use some additional cosmetic renovations.

The staff, their service was remarkable, the counter staff tried to fix the issues with the room we were assigned originally and the second room at least was clean, but the curtain was torn and light kept coming in and it was hard to rest like this. The staff that serves breakfast was excellent, always willing to serve and kept the place clean and well supplied

A dirty room, a torn curtain that didn't let you rest, and would be guests that while waiting (and hoping) to get a room, monopolized the facilities as if they were guests.

Good Hotel , Checking in was very easy and I had no issues with front desk. They were very friendly. We stayed in a superior double room. Our room had a nice view and the room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was good they had a very wide selection consisting of Juices , Coffee, Bagels , Toast, Waffles , Eggs , Yogurt, Sausage and Pastries. The pool was large and they have lots of lounger seats. I would recommend this hotel . We will most likely be staying here in the future.

Love the ocean front view. Love the entry to the balcony. Very comfortable bed, but for personal reasons I always bring my own pillows. Such nice staff, always greeting you and always working. Privacy when requested. Clean hallways and lobby. Small but good breakfast in the mornings. The refrigerator and microwave worked very well and I was glad to have them. Utilized both frequently. Lots of plug ins for charging devices is always a plus. The love seat was extremely comfortable as well. Lots of room to spread out my belongings as needed. Great proximity to some of my favorite restaurants and Rudee Inlet. Easy to get to and close parking that I felt safe leaving my vehicle there. On the boardwalk without feeling like you're in the middle of a tourist area.

The door to the room didn't completely close unless I shoved on it. A minor inconvenience. Also, the door to the balcony needs some WD40 to eliminate the squeaking. I was kind of disappointed the touch mirror in the bathroom no longer works but it's to be expected after I'm sure many guests have used it frequently. I had used it a lot last year as a nightlight. Not sure why but elevator 4 was not being utilized at all, that would have been helpful.

I love the staffing at breakfast . Both ladies were great but my favorite actually had a birthday on Wednesday we left Thursday and she worked in the breakfast. But the front desk was also great. I love the pool and being able ro see the ocean.

The bed this stay was extremely hard and you can feel the springs . They need to deffinantly upgrade the bed as well . They have been upgrading so the furn8ture needs done as well
