Everything was wonderful, from location, breakfast to staff. We sat right in the middle in both directions of everything we wanted to experience. The breakfast was absolutely delightful every single morning. And I truly can't say enough about the front desk staff and housekeeping. From dogging bags to fresh towels, the stay was just perfect. And my puppy Nova was treated like family!

There was nothing in the control of Hampton Inn that I didn't like. No dogs on the beach is a ridiculous rule. If leashed and monitored, what's the issue? That would be my only complaint.

Breakfast was decent and not very crowded, location is great, we did get a recently renovated room, our floor was great.

We had asked for early check-in, but reached there at 4:00pm and our room was not ready. When I asked, the attitude of the manager was like - "no you better wait", I saw 4 other families waiting for their rooms. My room was ready but I didnt receive a notification. We went in there to use the facility and he then called me to give me my room. You are a good brand of hotel so please train your staff. Though our room was renovated the sound of the AC was so loud, I had to turn it off.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with comfy beds, breakfast was great each day and the location of the hotel was amazing with a beautiful view from our balcony, would definitely stay here again.

The prices of the rooms were extremely inflated due to something in the water being there for the weekend, three times the normal rate for the week days and almost four times the normal rate on the weekend days. This was not very tasteful of the hotel in my opinion especially since having a hotel room for a festival like this, with the roads being blocked off and the concerts not ending until after midnight daily this really made things more convenient and made the experience so much more enjoyable each day. Hopefully, something can be done in the future by the city or the hotels to regulate what can be charged during these events to make the rooms a bit more affordable for consumers, even if they only charged double the normal rate that would be better than this.

The room sizes were great, Had a nice size fridge. Bathrooms were spacious as well. The Balcony's had chairs and a table to use. The bathroom was equipped with towels, hair blow dryer. The room didn't have a bad order either. The hotel had their own parking garage which can be accesses from any floor which made loading and unloading covenant.

We were placed on the 2nd floor. When sitting on the balcony, it smelled like sewer from the vents in front of us. The balcony area had a roof in front of us with many vents and it had a bad smell, colt sit outside.

i did not like the fact that I would have saved $350 if i booked the hotel using the hilton honors app. booking.com over charged me and did nothing to make it right. i got a room with 2 queens when i booked for a king. hotel said they did not have the authority to make that change. Also when i was making the booking the price i paid was $150 more than the quote , thought that was the pet deposit but hotel had no record of it being paid so had to shell out a additional $150 .... i will never use booking.com again for anything.

My husband and I loved our stay!!! We were able to check in early and our room was great. We were able to bring our little Chorkie and only paid a one time fee. We enjoyed breakfast every morning as well as going to the restaurant in the hotel. The hotel is close to everything and the beach views were incredible. There is a free parking garage, which was very nice. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!!

Our room was spectacular. The staff was great, friendly and helpful when/if we needed anything. The location was good and the convenience of an in house restaurant was great! Parking was super convenient as well!

The shower curtain, while a minor issue, would never stay shut. idk if it was the design or a damaged unit but it was extremely annoying. Also, and more importantly, we were told that housekeeping was only to be performed UPON REQUEST. Being the private people we are, we cherished this privacy. Well, 3rd day, when we returned from the beach, our room had been entered and things moved around WITHOUT a request from us. Didn’t appreciate that. If we needed something, we asked for it.

Good location, close to restaurants and shopping. Parking garage was a HUGE PLUS! On site restaurant, Chicho’s was very good and fairly reasonable for the area. Free Breakfast bar was outstanding! They changed a few things everyday for different choices. Staff was very friendly. Our air wasn’t working efficiently but they were there within the hour and replaced the unit quickly. Indoor pool is small but clean and towels are supplied. My grandsons liked the weight room.

Rooms are slightly outdated. The bathtub needed new chalk as there were black areas showing through the caulk and it was yucky. Every time you flushed the toilet the pipes made a high pitched noise, both in our room and in the lobby restrooms. Staff said that was supposed to be taken care of at the end of the month🤷‍♀️ Also our last day there the grab bar in the shower came out of the wall when I held it to get out of the tub. So updates, especially in the bathroom are needed.

- Beautiful sunrise in the morning - Parking onsite - OceanFront and relatively quiet even if it's right by the boardwalk. - Chicho's on the first floor was YUMMY for our first dinner. The La Cantina, which is just a block away, was REALLY good, too. - Friendly staff and very organied kitchen crew in the morning. They were very attentive and made sure that everything was stocked! - Breakfast was yummy, too. Our kids were always looking forward to coming down for breakfast! - Perfect for our family of four. The playground on the beach, right in front of the hotel, was a big plus!

The hotel was very clean from the moment you walked in it smelled clean and not that bleach smell. I absolutely loved how clean the rooms were, the staff was so helpful and friendly. The pool was so nicely maintained and clean. The balcony views where we could spot dolphins on several mornings. The breakfast that was always fully stocked. The location was great and the Chichos restaurant pizza and wings were top notch. What a wonderful stay we will definitely be back.

I didn’t like that we had to request towels daily however this is out of the hotels control as they are simply following Covid regulations.
