We had a great stay at this hotel. We have stayed here in the past. We like the location of the hotel and the staff was helpful and friendly. We like the fact that the hotel pool is open until 11pm and the breakfast was a full breakfast.

I had issues checking in, all of my credit cards declined but eventually the front desk staff realized that they were not checking me in correctly. My brand new bottle of bodywash disappeared the day after I bought it/one of the days that housekeeping cleaned my room. I did not bother to report this because it was $3, however, that is not ok for someone to take something that belongs to a guest.

I didn't like that the elevator could only hold 4 people at a time. Also, I did not have anyone to clean the bathroom, replace towels, or trash I did that myself. I think that should have been said when I made my reservation.

It had very good breakfast each morning when I was there. It'd had very nice pool inside which is very nice way to cool off from an hot day, everyone seemed very nice. The location was close to an Cracker Barrel, and an Mexican restaurant so distance wise it'd was very good of where you wanted to eat depends on what you want to eat.

There wasn't an easy way of getting supplies once you've ran out of them but other than that everything was fine.

The bed was comfortable, the tv was good, the shower was nice and the breakfast was pretty good. Wished there were pancakes or waffles everyday, but only had pancakes on Sunday.

It feeling rushed at breakfast by one of the staff who complained about people coming to breakfast too close to 9:00 AM. This caused stress during breakfast and took the pleasure out of eating at the hotel.

The whole stay went well. From being greeted from the front desk staff with a smile. To the wonderful breakfast that we were fed during our stay. My birthday weekend was a wonderful experience because of the hotel and the hotel staff.

The only thing i did not like was how small the space was in the bathroom. Only be.cause the hot tub was in the bathroom so there wasnt too much move around room

The Hotel was very convenient for our vacation needs. Check in was less than 5 minutes. Staff was vary polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good and a little different every morning. Very clean and every thing was in good working condition. The ground were maintained and very secure. We would stay again when traveling to this area for sure.

when we checked in Friday night the clerk was very helpful and gave us a coupon book for the local stores and restaurants (usually we have to hunt down those books no other hotel has ever offered it to us) we stayed in the king room with jetted tub we LOVED the tub and it allowed 2 adults in the tub and we never ran out of hot water! t]The bed was amazing like sleeping in the clouds. We also loved the channel choices on TV, between sports,movies and music they has it all covered. we went down to the pool to sit in the Jacuzzi one side of the jets worked the pool area needs a work and maybe be more appealing pool needs some work but we enjoyed it anyway. No towels to dry off it was a wet walk back.

Rooms were clean, pool was excellent, breakfast had some good options, location is great; only 11 minutes from Busch Gardens and Water Country. Yolanda from the front desk was amazing!

TV kept freezing, had to switch rooms due to an issue with the door locks.

On our way down South from Washington D.C. we decided to spend a night in Williamsburg and visit historic Williamsburg and Jamestown. This motel is perfect for that occasion. It's basic, but you can't expect much more for that price! It fulfilled all our expectations. It was clean and comfortable. If we stay longer next time, I'd choose this motel again.

I don't remember anything specific that we didn't like.

The staff was excellent and the room was very clean. We chose this hotel as we stayed there about two years ago and the staff was great. This time was no different, probably even better .

The hot tub was not working fully so want hot and breakfast finished early
