The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. The room was brightly colored with orange and white walls and I loved the painted exposed brick in the room and throughout the hotel

Jetted tub didn't work. The included breakfast is a bagged breakfast of fruit, muffin/granola bar, that isn't worth the time it takes to walk down and get it, so if you want breakfast id recommend door dashing it to your room or visiting one of the local eateries. Thos is not the hotels fault, buti definitely did not like being woke up in the middle of the night by the people in the room next to mine who were noisy and arguing at 2 something in the morning.

The room was spacious enough for our family of 3. Comfortable beds and our room was nice and clean. Hotel was in the perfect location close to stores, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. I am a smoker so this hotel gave the option of a smoking room, which was great for me.

The hallways were not in the best condition, carpets could have been a bit cleaner. It looks like renovations may be going on. Breakfast was bagged styled each morning which was sufficient, but a hot breakfast would have been great. If the hotel was a bit more upgraded, which it looks like they are in the process of upgrades and if the breakfast was a hot meal, I would give this property 5 stars. Also, the indoor pool was closed for renovations.

The room was nice & clean except for mildew or soap scum left in the tub.

The worst thing is to advertise breakfast & not inform guests it's a stupid grab bag. Hotels need to be courteous enough to post this on their sites if they're still using the COVID-19 excuses. The pool was closed. One elevator & ice machine was broken. The light inside the room had a short in it. Each day our key cards were deactivated and we had to keep getting them rest. The front desk acted like it was my fault or I didn't know how to use a card & finally said not to put it next to electronic devices.

we asked for towels to be changed on Thanksgiving day. front desk person was unpleasant— ‘we are doing housekeeping on a limited basis— it had to be requested at sign-in— there is a sign’. well— we did not see a sign when we checked in, nor was our attention directed to a sign, nor was it even told to us. we dont believe the sign was posted at 4pm when we signed in— and we didnt go back to the main desk until the next morning, so we were never aware a sign had been posted. all we asked for was a towel exchange, which was completed before our return to the room.

We arrived around 1 am and they were very friendly and they were able to give us connecting rooms. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It was located roughly 20 minutes from Busch Gardens.

There was a humid smell in the rooms but nothing that the air conditioner didn't fix. It aired the rooms out and the smell was better.

The outside of the building is dated but the rooms have been upgraded and the spa room was great except the tub controls are in the bathroom. Room was very clean and would definitely go back. There is a Harris Teeter next door incase you need anything

Not enough elevators had to unload my car alone no help and I am still paying for it. I’ve been nursing a back that was broken and now I have pain a lot.

It was standard for a cheaper hotel. Small lobby. Not sure about any amenities due to the time frame of our trip we really only saw the lobby and room. Had a breakfast area but was not being used. They instead planned to go breakfast that they would deliver. Things like a muffin and fruit. We did not get the breakfast because we left long before on both days so not sure if it was good. But i did like that it was still an option with covid safety in place.

I like the. Comfort of the beds and the room as a whole. Though the floor carpet was old, it was clean. My kids really love it there though the bathroom was really small. The price was really good too.

Some of the staffs were not welcoming and wouldn't respond to you in a good manner.

We have stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Huge bath tub which I love. I like that their is an indoor pool but not open at the moment. They used to have a hot continental breakfast but now it’s a bag breakfast consisting of a muffin, granola bar, juice and a fruit which is better than nothing but hoping they go back to the hot breakfast soon.

This trip the water pressure seemed a bit low.
