very nice

Was charged $20 resort fee upon booking and then the front desk said they had to charge us $30 resort fee even though I showed proof of what was already paid. Scam! We didn’t even use any of the amenities but paid a total of $50.

Lots of space, comfortable rooms and excelent location. Love the idea they have a schedule with different activities for everyday of the week. I would love to try that in a longer stay next time.

The floors and carpets were very old and didn't look as clean as expected. Received a weird call from the main office asking if my husband was in the room and mentioning some "complimentary meals" but they could give me more information because my husband was not present and they only offer that if both husband and wife can give them feedback. Weird! So single moms wouldn't have a chance or are not as welcomed??

check out is at 10 am, at 9:45 one of the staff rang the bell a few times asking when we were leaving. We were packing up our stuff to be out on time so it seemed rushed.

I have visited this place many times, and each time, it's always the same. Very clean, very quiet, and very comfortable 👌 always enough fluffy, clean towels and wash rags. I love this place. Only thing I would recommend is that they upgrade on the televisions in each room. They are extremely small. I may be comparing them to the ones in my home but still. Other than that I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

They need to upgrade on the televisions. They are so small. I almost want to buy a TV to replace the ones they have.

There's an indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi tubs in the 2 bedroom unit, along with 2 bathrooms, the rooms are fairly clean and the staff is friendly. There's multiple playgrounds and the rooms are fairly big and equipped well with things you need during your stay.

My in-laws traveled with us, but got a separate room, was charged a "$30 registration fee" twice, it later was returned, I do not like the mandatory $150 security hold while you stay there, that returns after checkout in about 14 days. Our queen bed had dirty linens(they did change them after being called) my in-laws had a woman with a key card enter their room while they were in it. The beds are VERY stiff, giving two of the guests backaches while staying their and preventing them from getting a good nights sleep. Needs some updating, and some of the jets in the jacuzzi were broke. More pillows for the beds would be nice as well.

I really appreciated the staff taking care of a problem that Booking.com should have taken care of. When I got there they said I was actually supposed to have been there that Friday for check in, but I didn't have a reservation for Friday. I had Saturday through Monday. I had needed Friday and tried getting up with Booking.com two times to see if they could add an extra night, but they said they couldn't get up with the person at the Resort and that they would get back up with me, but I never heard anything. At least I didn't get charged for that night. Everything was clean, modern and spacious. I liked that each room had a TV. Also liked that there was two bathrooms and a fireplace. If we had more time there I'm sure I would have enjoyed using the pool and other activities. We were just there a few days to go to Bush Gardens. Liked that it wasn't too far away from the park too.

The beds were hard. I didn't know there would be another apartment upstairs. You could here them walking around and their bed squeaked. It would be nice if the refrigerator had a water filter for the ice maker part. The ice cubes didn't taste too good in my water. Other than that everything was really nice.

The property is well maintained, very clean, well equipped, in a good location that was close to everything we could’ve needed but was quiet. Loved the spacious master bath and the fact that the smaller bedroom also had a full bath as well. Staff was friendly. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Having access to a washer and dryer right outside of the unit door came in very handy after 12 hours at Busch Gardens in the rain and we needed to dry our wet jackets before the 4 hour drive home.

We only had minor issues during our stay. The bathroom attached to the queen size bedroom was immediately having issues with the toilet properly flushing with the water filling very close to the top before slowly going down. We were able to find a plunger and we didn’t use that bathroom much other than for showering so it wasn’t much of a problem. The TV in the master bedroom would not connect to the directTV service but that was not anything that we needed for our stay so it was no big deal. Only real complaint was the mattress on the pull out sofa bed was rather uncomfortable for anyone other than a small child. A normal sized adult would likely not sleep very well on this, but this seems to be the nature of the beast for sofa beds in general.

I like the set up of the place. It is set up like a 2 story house, except there's an apartment on the ground level and an apartment upstairs. There is a washer and dryer on the upper level by the second apartment that is free to use.The place is in a quiet community and the grounds are maintained. They have everything you need for your convenience. The place is very cozy, and the beds are very comfortable.

Needs more trashcans. The trashcan in the large bathroom was not sitting out, I didn't know it was under the bathroom sink until the morning I left. You have to drive back to the lobby if you need tissue or garbage bags, etc. There was a little bit of trash sitting outside by the patio. The fireplace did not work, had to wait until the next day for maintenance to come and fix it. The TV in the second room did not have a clear picture. There was a dead bug on the floor of the first bathroom. The dryer takes a while to dry clothes thoroughly.

Multiple rooms for privacy. Kitchen availability saved time and money. Centrally located to atttractions. Washer and dryer access.

Phones were not working so contacting front desk was not convenient. We arrived to find no shower curtain, the induction cook top not propperly working and the dishwasher coming out of the counter. I also did not appreciate losing my vacation time to hear a timeshare presentation. It was misleading and we were not made aware that it was a time share presentation when we agreed to "look at a new unit and let us know what you like and dislike".

The staff was kind and helpful. The pool and grounds are very nice although we were too busy sightseeing to enjoy swimming. It looked like activities were plans daily for adults and children. The location is great and easy to travel to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. It’s also close to wonderful restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean and comfy! I would definitely stay here again.

My only suggestion would be for more chairs in the balcony. There were 4 of us and only 2 chairs.
