Best Western Plus Crossroads Inn & Suites

It's a great location, next to an IHop and Starbucks with a Walmart across the street. I traveled for personal family reasons. I wasn't disturbed when I was in my room. It was clean and comfortable. It has lots of amenities, everything you could need. The shower is AWESOME. The staff is amazing and nice. They had a nice breakfast spread though I only grabbed a banana as I was in a hurry. My only issue is the price. I feel like hotel rooms have doubled in price. So a 2 night stay was $480 and since I only used one night, I was out half of that as I didn't check out until the evening, totally understandable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Love that the location is near my family and very easy to get to from the interstate. The staff is always friendly and personable. Breakfast was more than just pastries, there were eggs, sausage, pancakes, bagels, yogurt and cereal. The pool looked clean. The beds were very comfortable.

The rooms could use an update for current technology. There was one outlet in between the beds. The lamp and clock were plugged into it. Luckily, I have stayed at this hotel before and knew to bring my mini power strip. I had to unplug the clock to plug in the power strip to be able to use my CPAP and charge my phone. The tv was not set up for any streaming services, or have a guide for channels.

We did not eat the breakfast. The location is excellent

I am very particular about cleanliness. Some of the towels were dingy. The carpet in the lobby and on the second floor did not appear bright. There also was a peculiar damp smell on the floor, possibly due to the wet feet from the pool. Lastly, and most important, the headboard was full of dust. Thank you

The location of the property is excellent. You take the exit and you see it right away. However, we had some difficulty finding the driveway to enter the place, we did not see a sign directing us where to enter. So we drove around a bit, almost accidentally went back on the highway. All ended well, no harm done. The bathroom could use a few more amenities, such as a shower cap and lotion. There is a card stating that items are available at the desk. But, when you are ready to jump in the shower and notice these items are not there, you don't feel like getting dressed again to walk to the desk.

The elevator was not working, and the shower was terrible, no water pressure at all and not enough water coming out of the shower

Great friendly staff, good simple breakfast and really clean room made for one of the best stays ever. We'll definitely stay here again if we're in the area. I've never been able to say this about anywhere else we've stayed over the years...

the sausage however had lots of gristle in it. Find a different supplier. Need some real dumbbells in the fitness room. TV was unable to change channels in the fitness room. Bed was too soft.

The pool was clean, heated, indoors, and awesome! Our room was amazing. It was a very quiet place and surroundings. The staff was extra informative and extremely friendly. The hot tub was amazing also! Amazing entrance near our room which was great for our large fur baby that has anxieties about other people. Great area for dogs!

The service was quick to move me to another room and how apologetic the staff was.

When I first got a room, I was placed on third floor, so when I got off elevator the floor had an odor, when I entered my room, the room smelled heavily of dog, much like a wet dog. I went downstairs and requested another room on another floor. I was given a room on the fourth floor. Everything smelled much better.

Fast check in. Clean room. Clean hallways, elevator, breakfast room. Friendly staff( Miss Jackie in the breakfast area was very sweet and helpful). The grab and go breakfast was excellent (cereal, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, Oatmeal, yogurt, various milk products, muffins, Danish, coffee, hot chocolate, various juices). Everything was always clean and safe.

Can't really say there was anything I disliked. Everything and everyone were perfect.
