Very nice gym facilities. Walking distance to downtown.

The breakfast is poorly coordinated; most mornings there was not enough cutlery or plates. The food was also not replenished regularly when low/empty.

facilities were excellent and the property looks updated, well maintained and clean but i noticed that i aside from myself, a lot of other guests also had issues with the staff who had terrible attitudes and were rude. breakfast could be better but still better than most.

only issue would be the considerable rudeness of some staff. others were kind and helpful but there were a number of staff who we noticed were very rude to guests.

The staff was friendly; the hotel is walkable to the Downtown Mall, which made exploring a lot easier. The complimentary breakfast was great (and much needed). I only got to stay for one night but next time I'm in Charlottesville, I'll be sure to stay at the Home2!

Our room was spacious, clean and comfy. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options.

Location wise we weren't thrilled, but it is close to the center if you don't mind a walk that is not quite cute. I don't understand why they charge for parking, it's just the hotel's parking lot. The swimming lovers will understand this one. There is an indoor pool, but not heated, so for winter it's just freezing! I was looking forward to it after a long hike day, but the water was too cold to try!

Location was perfect--proximate to downtown where I was working. I really liked the curtain in the room that separated the bed from the rest of the space and made the door and any light from the hall invisible, and the shades on the window were also extremely effective. Bed was quite comfortable.

We arrived to the hotel very late due to my daughter's plane being delayed 3 times leaving from London. We spoke to the hotel on the phone and they advised we could still come and not be charged for the first night, we arrived at 155am. The room was perfect, very comfortable and the location to all the sites we wanted to see was excellent! We will be sure to stay there again when visiting

This hotel was super clean, new and had all the amenities you’d need. We came for two nights just to see the area and our room was huge, fit everything we brought and more! The pool was nice, staff was nice, breakfast was adequate and the location is just a few minutes walk to the downtown mall.

Shower floors are slippery and my toddler had a hard time on them but they provide a mat if you ask!

our room was clean enough but there was some dust behind the tv and the lamps. you could tell they cleaned high touch areas and changed the sheets and all but no deep cleaning was done.

Staff was polite and professional. The suite was great. It was more than we really needed for an overnight stay, but we like having the comfort and convenience of being able to stretch out and relax after a day of travel.

Trash truck outside in the parking lot clanging and banging at 4:45 AM.

stayed here for UVa graduation. very close to downtown and walkable to campus decent breakfast included with stay. rooms were larger than basic hotel room with sitting and kitchen area
