Easy access. Large parking lot available. Possibility of check-in at any time. Friendly service. Clean and well-equipped room. Proximity to a supermarket, shopping center and chain restaurants.

Breakfasts not very varied (stay for several days). There was a lack of vegetables and fruit (except juice and sometimes bananas).

conveniently located with a well lit parking lot the outside of the property was clean and well maintained. all outdoor signage was easy to read and up to date. the interior looks to have been updated within the past couple years, the room was comfortable, clean, and more then what we expected. very pleasantly surprised. All the staff was courteous and polite. our toddler loved the pool! we loved the hot tub! all amenities worked perfectly.

the only issue we had was when we went to cancel the last night of our stay since we would be staying overnight at the hospital instead, and I had mentioned this to the man at check-in when we first arrived he said okay no problem just let us know and provided the timeframes in which to cancel, when we told the desk on Tuesday that we wouldn’t be needing the room Wednesday night we were told we would be charged $1,100 for the cancellation this came as a surprise since we were not told this ahead of time not when we reserved the room and not when I told them again at check in, the woman at the front desk looked surprised when it came up on her screen she hadn’t been expecting that either so idk what happened but we ended up keeping the room and coming back the next morning to cancel

Didn't like the closeness of the parking g lot

My family enjoyed a comfortable and quiet stay at Sleep Inn. The location is one of the best aspects: accessible to downtown dinning options, five minutes away from a shopping complex with a Wegmans and other amenities, and a quick drive to the major highways either to DC or to Shenandoah National Park.

Everything was a bit older, but still clean and functional.

Staff was nice. The kids loved GRAMMy at the front desk. Anything we needed they helped and made sure we had.

Wish they had more than one ice machine. Never any ice when we would fill up bucket for room. Need to check under beds as I lost an ear ring the first night and looked under bed there was lots of trash, food and a battery under the bed.

Location worked out good for where we visited. The breakfast was good for what was offered. Room was nice . Rare to have carpet on the floor in hotels these days.

Perhaps some fruit available for the breakfast. We were supposed to have two queen beds in the room, but they were double beds. A bit difficult to sleep.

Centrally located to activities we attended. Near eateries & UVA. It was clean, had a real good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

The stopper in the sink didn't work. Had to hold it up with your fingers in order to drain the water. It would have been nice to have a towel rack near the shower.

The breakfast was delicious! Plenty of variety, just lacking fruit. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Staff were very accommodating. Our room seemed very clean, with a very spacious bathroom that allowed us to fit the baby's pack-n-play there.

The room was so noisy due to our upstairs neighbors that we couldn't get to sleep until after 2 am.

Lovely staff at this little hotel. Clean and well equipped with laundry and free coffee, microwave, electric kettle and fridge in rooms. Breakfast is simple but very nice. Well priced and everything you might need far from home

The breakfast was delicious! Well maintained and never ran out of eggs or bacon. Many food options to choose from and the coffee was great! The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. Loved our stay there and will definitely return!
