conveniently located with a well lit parking lot the outside of the property was clean and well maintained. all outdoor signage was easy to read and up to date. the interior looks to have been updated within the past couple years, the room was comfortable, clean, and more then what we expected. very pleasantly surprised. All the staff was courteous and polite. our toddler loved the pool! we loved the hot tub! all amenities worked perfectly.

the only issue we had was when we went to cancel the last night of our stay since we would be staying overnight at the hospital instead, and I had mentioned this to the man at check-in when we first arrived he said okay no problem just let us know and provided the timeframes in which to cancel, when we told the desk on Tuesday that we wouldn’t be needing the room Wednesday night we were told we would be charged $1,100 for the cancellation this came as a surprise since we were not told this ahead of time not when we reserved the room and not when I told them again at check in, the woman at the front desk looked surprised when it came up on her screen she hadn’t been expecting that either so idk what happened but we ended up keeping the room and coming back the next morning to cancel

Didn't like the closeness of the parking g lot

Food was great, nice hot waffles. Comfortable bed, clean facilities liked the pool and hottub. Great location for my Monticello tour location. And Charlottesville has a nice downtown .

Inner city view but that cant be helped under the circumstances. At least there was a pleasant little outside area.

Check in was easy, friendly helpful staff. I called ahead to say we would be an hour early and had asked when booking for a bottom floor room. Both request were accepted. The breakfast was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean.

My only complaint was I don't know why the toilets have to be so short. They seam to be shorter than average.

It was easy to book, staff was friendly and the facility was clean. Decent breakfast was served.

The only negative was the housekeeper was at the door 10 minutes to 11 clock. Then back again at exactly 11 clock. Yes I understand check out is at 11 but let a guest be until 11 not before. Mostly likely others had checked out a little early and there must been other rooms that needed attention.

Better than I expected .

rooms clean & adequate size, beds comfortable, quiet, breakfast plentiful & good

felt the pricing from night to night was a little excessive. same room Thursday night as Saturday night, but price considerably higher.

Parking was ample with construction vehicle parked just off the resident’s lot. No intimidating trucks or diesel fumes in the a.m.

Streets with landscaped medians required “U-turns” quite often. blame that on government though

The service was wonderful. Staff were very pleasant, helpful, and courteous.

The bathroom looked very used and worn. It certainly could use an update although it was clean. Just looked old and well worn.

The breakfast was very impressive. It had a really good selection of options and the bacon was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised and it exceeded expectations.

The bed was a little uncomfortable.
