We liked the reception and restaurant staff very much. They were so friendly and prepared to go the extra mile to help. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the beds were particularly comfortable. The bar and communal lounge are beautiful. The whole hotel is well maintained. There's a Nespresso machine in the room, and when we asked for a tea kettle we eventually got one too.

Unfortunately our room 805 was by the elevator we could hear it throughout the night with guests coming and going. The restaurant was rather pricey. Breakfast with tips came to $50 plus for two. Be aware that Booking.com says there's a damages deposit of $50 to be paid on arrival. In fact it's €75 a per day to be refunded with 7 days of departure. Read the small print and budget accordingly!

The hotel was very clean and well-designed. The bed was also very comfortable. No complaints about any of that!

While interactions with all staff were very pleasant, we had asked to have our room cleaned daily, but no one cleaned it until we asked multiple times, and even then they missed a day. Similarly, I had requested the $5 breakfast bag that you hang on the door knob. I hung the bag on the door and it was removed, but I never received the breakfast I had requested. I wasn't charged for this, but it would have been nice to have. The only other thing is that the walls were quite thin -- we could hear every noise the children in the adjacent room were making!

The front desk attendance was excellent!!, and the valet parkin awesome. We love the room, and the location of the hotel was very accesible for many places.

The mini restaurant that have the hotel, one day I notice that some employees they don't get along with each other. I don't have the names of them but was two females. We noticed that one employee did not treat us very well when we sat down, the other employee realized that some crystal glasses were dirty and asked her to change or clean the glasses and the other did not. The employee who wanted to change our glasses for clean ones stayed serving us at our table and the other did not serve us anymore. I want to emphasize that the employee who exchanged our glasses for clean ones was Latina, I don't remember her country, she was from South America and she treated us excellently.

Staff was so very helpful, friendly! It was really nice to spend our time here — felt very welcome. This may seem very minor, but I really loved the fact that they had water stations on each floor and the lobby, allowing guests to refill their water bottles — no need to keep purchasing water bottles — how terrific for our environment! Room was a nice size, bed was comfortable and the location very good.

I wish the WI-FI was working a little better.

Canopy by Hilton Embassy Row is a newer, modern hotel. The staff was very helpful and pleasant from the moment we arrived. We had an early arrival, so they held our bags for us while we were sightseeing. They also held our bags for a few hours after checking out. Our first night we had people in the room next to ours having a bit of a party after midnight. After calling the front desk they immediately came up and asked them to quiet down -- and thankfully it actually worked and the noise stopped. The free wi-fi was great, and upon arrival the room was spotless. The hotel is close to metro stations, and within walking distance to the White House and Lincoln Memorial. Our stay was all we hoped for, and my niece and I agreed we'd stay there again.

The only minus: The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but between the rain shower head and the handheld shower head it was acceptable.

Fresh / modern interior, clean and spacious rooms. We enjoyed the foor and drinks in the restaurant / bar. Nice staff!

Overnight parking is not possible in many of the garages in the area and the valet parking of the hotel couldnt fit my rental car (Ford Expedition XL). In the end the receptionist did give me directions to a nearby parking with overnight stay,

The location was superb, it was one straight line and 15 minutes walk to the White House. We could walk everywhere from our hotel, it was very centrally located. Many cafe/restaurants around within a short walking distance. The room was much bigger and luxurious than we expected, wish we could stay there for a couple of weeks instead of 2 days. Would strongly recommend this place!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The staff was incredibly helpful, kind and assisted whenever there were any issues. My co-worker fell ill on our final day and without hassle we were able to extend the check-out time for her. The location is also fantastic - right in the heart where so many organisations and companies are located, making it ideal for a worktrip.

The rooms, while of great size and extremely clean, were rather dark. Additional lighting could make the room slightly better, especially when on a work trip and wanting to have extra light when doing work.

I liked the location and how it was close to everything and everywhere that I had to go.

I did not like how the property did not have a microwave no where around. Not even in the lobby area. I feel that this hotel cost too much money to not have a microwave.

I Love how y’all focus on local artist!! I love the artwork. All the staff was nice , Mrs. Florence was helpful as soon as we walk thru the door. The food was awesome!! The young man that works the pizza bread station was extremely friendly!!! Dre was also a nice server!!! The beds was comfortable I melt!!! I enjoyed everything!!! 10 out of 10!!!❤️ We were close to everything!
